    This was Killer! You have become my favorite TH-cam fitness instructor. I discovered your videos six months ago and I now primarily only do your workouts. I love the motivation throughout, that you struggle along with us, that you feel like a real human in the room with me rather than just some lame music and silence with a beeper going off...thank you for being you and motivating the heck out of me! I went from 5 lb dumbells to finally purchasing 15lbs sets to use for your workouts!

      I totally agree. I like that Lindsey struggles with us & offers constant coaching on form & encouragement. A lot of other trainers on TH-cam are silent while doing the moves & then as you said, the beeper goes off and then onto next move. I love Lindsey's coaching & encouragement throughout. So grateful for your workouts, Lindsey! Love them!

      Absolutely! I also used to do those "silent-beeper-workouts" before discovering Lindsey... since then, never got back to those workout because Lindseys workouts are just soooo much more motivating and better!

    This was, bar none, one of THE BEST workouts I've done. Your enthusiasm, the order of exercises, the particular moves...all made this 5-star amazing. PLEASE please do the same format for biceps and back SOON!!!! I cannot wait.

    This was a strong workout. I encourage everybody to subscribe to her channel. Her encouragement keeps you going and makes you want to do more she literally coaches the whole time to keep you going and it is amazing. Most of my TH-cam workouts I do are just the music and watching the instructor do the moves but this has been such a welcome change because she coaches you through every move and it makes you want to work harder and you feel like she’s in it with you the whole time!

    I told you in an earlier workout that abs are my weakest part....well I sure surprised myself today. I was able to do the "punch and crunch" perfectly!!!! Perfectly!! I could not believe that!! My very favorite move now!! Thank you!! Loved it!!

    Awesome. Completed today 8/21/23 in place of legs. I did a full body workout of yours on Sunday and when I started legs today... they were like, "uh...no...not today." Lol. Couldn't even squat or bend all day... a good pain, not injury.
    But figured it best to just alternate leg and arm day rather than muscle through and do things halfway and/or without proper form.
    You're workouts are the best. You're energy is so uplifting and contagious. Always keep things moving. Never boring. Thank you❤

    I really liked this format of three sets - it felt like I was really fatiguing the muscle group. I loved the last cardio tabata and think it would be fun to see those move again! Thanks for the great workout!

    i find the "spread the floor beneath you" cue sooo helpful in activating my glutes/core/pelvic floor. thank you!

    Way to start the week! Good morning, Monday! I don't know if I'll be able to raise my arms to write on the board today, but WORTH IT! 20 lb. on chest press and skull crushers. 15 lbs on most others, except lat raises - had to drop to alternating in R2 and 10 lbs in R3. That's a weak spot for me. Tricep dips are so hard - I think I only move about 1 inch and had to take breaks. But I can definitely feel it! 🔥🔥 Thanks, Lindsey Pomegranate!

    This is my second time doing this and I included my 12 lbs dumbbells in the chest and triceps series!!!! OUFFFFFF one of my favorite workout EVER! I will do it over and over!! 🔥 It’s snowing here in Montreal, Canada, so this was the perfect way to warm up 🙌🏽🤩

    I’ve been working out for a couple months in my work gym, not realizing I had been totally neglecting all my push muscles. Like entirely doing pull based weight exercises. Thanks for making videos like this! I love the HIIT workout and then I can incorporate these exercises with heavier weights on days where I don’t want to follow a class.

      I love your channel , you are great at what you do. I’m a workout fanatic but like you , not a cross fit type. I love how methodical and balanced all your workouts are. Just the right amount of each thing we need, cardio, strength etc. I’m a 40 yr old stay at home mom of three kids (5,7,9yrs old) in DC.

    Do you know how great you are! I am finding these split workouts focusing on strength and specific muscle groups very challenging and effective. Definitely getting stronger. I did this after the cardio kick boxing barre so I was pre-fatigued but even if I hadn't done that I would have exhausted my muscles. Now those Tricep dips......... thanks Lindsey!
