  • In just 15 minutes a day, practice and learn the ancient verses (mantras) and gestures (mudras) to begin connecting with the Universal Mother, Sri Lalitha.
Please access the text for this puja at:
    drive.google.c...
This method of worship follows the one prescribed in the Parashurama Kalpasutra. Parashurama is one of the great avatars (forms) of Maha Vishnu.
These are the main services being offered to the Devi in this puja, as though She is an honoured guest in your home:
    1) inviting Her presence,
    2) offering a place to sit,
    3) water to wash Her feet,
    4) water to wash Her hands,
    5) water to rinse Her mouth,
    6) water to bathe (along with milk, yogurt, ghee, honey, sugar water and fruit juice),
    7) fresh clothes to wear,
    8) jewellery and ornaments,
    9) perfumes, chandan (sandalwood), vermillion (red kumkum powder),
    10) showering the body with flowers,
    11) a nice fragrance to smell (using incense),
    12) a light to see (which represents a part of you being offered),
    13) some food to eat,
    14) a betel leaf to freshen Her breath,
    15) the camphor lamp which combines fragrance and light,
    16) bowing to the Divine Presence which is inside you.
Here are some things you'll can use for the puja as you practice at first:
    1) water
    2) akshatas (rice rubbed with haldi powder)
Practice the mantras and mudras as often as you can and realize the Loving Presence of Sri Lalitha in your life!
Remember, when gripping any items, if you practice using your right hand and only your ring finger, middle finger and thumb to grip any puja items, these fingers provide a positive energy flow and any mistakes you make will be absorbed by the Guru lineage.
Here are the other things you can include once you've started getting comfortable with the mantras:
    1) bell
    2) dhupam (incense)
    3) dipam (lamp)
    4) flowers
    5) karpura dipam (camphor lamp)
This version of the puja, which uses the sacred Sri Suktam, helps to achieve wealth and prosperity, but not just the material kind. Sri Lalitha is the highest form of the Divine Mother, Compassion and Love - Sri Rajarajeshwari Herself - and knows what you need to progress.
To take it to the next level or answer any questions, please feel free to contact or to visit the teaching temple, the Śrī Rājarājeśvarī Pīṭam, in Rochester (Rush), New York. Please visit www.srividya.org/ for more information and to get involved!
Audio and demos feature Śrī Caitanyānandā Nathā Saraswati (Śrī Haran Aiya) of the Śrī Rājarājeśvarī Pīṭam in Rush, NY, USA.

I dnt have any Hindu ,that i know of, that would be willing to give me there time to teach me all tgese mantra and method of performing the Puja. So as yu can imagine, this is very very valuable for me to have access to this video. Among all the puja videos online, this one particular reaches out to my heart, and i wish this one to rest in my heart ,to be my daily ( or weekly) devotional offerings to the Lord/Lady.

Hi, sorry about the download link - I will look for another provider, but in the meantime, there is also an option to order the Devipāduka book at srividya dot org. If you have any issues ordering the book online, you can contact the bookstore and they will help you. That book contains this as well as many other pujas.

Lanka venkata narasimha rao Thanks for watching! Aṣṭōttara are many but the greatest benefit, as agreed upon by many authorities, is gained by learning and practicing Lalitha Sahasranāmam. I have posted a few videos to help learn it, and there are many other videos here on TH-cam as well to choose from. Once you have learned it, it only takes 15 minutes to chant.
      Lalitha Sahasranāmam:
      th-cam.com/video/1hIowPvkbxI/w-d-xo.html
      th-cam.com/video/UXHEF88ocZA/w-d-xo.html
You'll notice similar steps between pujas, but they aren't exactly the same. For example, here is Mahāganapati puja:
      th-cam.com/video/ftSi7CDzYnA/w-d-xo.html
Here you have some services (or upachāras) that differ, as the qualities of each deity differ. So, in general, the same outline might apply, but there will be specific differences unique to each deity.

Lanka venkata narasimha rao Hi again - you can perform the same puja to other Deities. You can either use Sri Suktam or Purusha Suktam.

For doing puja you don't need initiation, you need Guru's initiation if you are going to do upasana. So you can start this puja without initiation. Hope this helps.
