Is the pin striping on the bat mobile the correct florescent orange/red? I realize this colour doesn’t photograph well so it is hard to tell from your video and is often mis-painted as red.
Scalextric don't care about the BTCC range any more, they don't sell well enough. Although I find it astonishing they didn't do a new tool for the FK8 Type R, seeing as its one of the most popular cars on the grid and the USA have gone mad for the Civic type r. Would have had so many more sales than any other BTCC model.
Can I be honest and say I preferred the BTCC from when the older cars were in it, the Sierra's and Beamers and the Volvos; wish Scalextric would do those (The Volvos).
I’m assuming that the Batmobile is intended to win some much needed support for the American market since it’s classic Americana. So when will I find it in my local hobby store in the Washington DC metro area? None of the shop owners I’ve spoken to seems to have heard anything from you guys in some time. They are out of your products. Most didn’t have anything to sell over the Christmas holidays. That was extremely disappointing. I’m gonna get myself one no by any means necessary because I collect them, but the average buyer won’t. With none of your products on the shelves where I shop you’ve left the door wide open for your major competition from Germany. Many like me don’t bat an eye at converting cars. Come on guys

i at last bought the batmobile from a large toy fair and it is gorgeous.
