For those who have applied for an immigrant visa, you are required to attend the PDOS (Pre Departure Orientation Seminar) by the Commission on Filipino Overseas (CFO) before you fly to the US. I wanted to share this video with you so you will not make the same mistake I made!

was it normal not receiving any confirmation., I did registered for PDOS (my kids - k2). I was about to register again because I was thinking that I used same email address so maybe it did nit went through but when I tried it says I had existing registration under that name.. So I am only wondering because my appointment was scheduled on the 3rd of april when is 2 days from now.

Pag W-1 for Canada po yung visa category kasi work permit po ako pero wala naman po sa category pag nag reregister sa PDOS, ano pong pipiliin ko don? Thank you
Hello po! Di ba po sabi nyo pagdating sa derivative, duon sa petitioner's data eh yung principal ang ilalagay? So ano pong address ang ilalagay duon sa "address and contact number abroad" kanino po ang ilalagay dyan? Sa mismong petitioner o sa principal? Nakakalito po

ma'am tanong ko lang po ano po ung ilalagay sa relationship of registrant to d petitioner? pag click ko po ang employer 1 option lang ang lumalabas sa Country of Destination USA lang, working Visa po ako sa NZ. saka ano po ang ilalagay ko as type of visa?

Maam after po matanggap ang visa is need pa ba ng CFO for k1 visa? ilang months po nakalagay sa visa nyo expiration sakin kasi 4 months kaya need ko maka alis ng bansa before 4 months
Kung 4 months po, dapat within 4 months makaalis po kayo

Hello po, yung sa visa namin which is EB3 yung employer ko ang petitioner ko tapos sa mga derivatives ko, ako ang nilagay ko. I am not sure if its the same with F3 visa.

Halu po. What if nagkamali po ako lagay Visa type tapos hindi na po sya na edit unlike sa ibang info.. na ko correct po ba yan duon sa CFO office?
Nakukuha po ba agad certificate agad? After ng seminar ni release ba agad same day? Kc nagbook kmi flight a day after ng pdos.. salamat po
Sorry it took me a while to answer, yes pwede i edit sa CFO Office. Ganyan nangyari sa amin
And yes, nakukuha agad dahil nakalagay na sa passport ninyo yung certificate pag binalik sa inyo

Mam anong oras po kaya ang pwedeng mag online registration, kasi po ilang araw na akong ng ttry mag register online palagi lumalabas na "they have reached the maximun limit for this day, napakaaga napo ng 6am puno n agad :)

Hi. I apologize for the late reply. How was your PDOS? Need mo ulit i click yung link na na email sayo. From there, I think pwede ka mag edit. That is what happened to us as well.

Question po, baka alam nyo: Need ko po ba mag-register para sa PDOS? Maraming salamat po sa sagot Masaam.
I think so po. Kasi lahat po ng mag migrate na pinoy dumadaan po talaga for pdos after ma issue yung visa
@@Bezeemama_MarilynVillamayor Salamat sa pagsagot. No idea lang po sa process since walang kilalang mapagtanungan. Another question po, Ang sabi po ng iba, maari din daw po magregister sa PDOS ang walang pang Visa on hand, as an alternative pede daw magupload ng doc saying status is 'Ready' in ceac. Tama po ba iyo Madaam as per your experience?
@@olivergm30 May mga nakasabay kami na F1 visa din, pero they were asked din if they already have na the visa. I just do not know if may nabago but I would suggest you check this link. cfo.gov.ph/wp-content/uploads/2020/03/mahalagang-anunsyo-03-24-2020.jpg

Hello po. Ang pagkakaalam ko po ay hindi na basta 12 years old and below. But again, yu have to check their website kasi kung minsan may bago silang policy.

Hello po maam! Just registered this morning sa cfo., sabi check my email account to continue the conformation link. Pero wala naman po even check my spam 😢 do i have to re-do again???
