This recipe is the easiest and fastest to make, a recipe with chicken thighs where you will only need 3 basic ingredients, Onion, Beer and chicken! You will get a honeyed, tasty and delicious sauce.
We accompany it with delicious potatoes, all cooked in the same pot, without dirtying utensils, in just 20 minutes you will have dinner or lunch ready!
Ingredients for 2:
2 Thighs (or the part of the chicken that you like the most)
1 medium onion
2 or 3 cloves of garlic optional
3 tablespoons tomato sauce optional
1 tablespoon wheat or corn flour
200ml of beer!
