I just went and looked at this power recliner/couch today. I have to say, you did a good job with this video, but it doesn't do this couch justice. The power headrests extend up and forward, so if you're in the sitting position, it gives you better head and neck support. And when you're reclined all the way back (which is essentially flat) if you extend the head rest, it props your head up, like you would with a pillow, in bed. This is an awesome couch. Only down sides are; it only comes in black, and its not leather. It feels like leather, but it's some kind of vinyl blend.
“Buyer Be Beware” We purchased a seat something like this from Ashley furniture. I kid you not as soon as the warranty ended, the seats started peeling. We were told that these were leather but it turned out to be plastic. Before you spend that kind of money, I would advise you to get it in writing so that you can sue their Ashley furniture for false advertising.

The cup holders will break easily and are difficult to find replacements, get some with metal cup holders instead

How does the bottom light on this couch turn on? Mine isn't turning on
You can only do it from the cup holder on the right side of the sofa

Did you get this issue resolved, find a solution. I’m having the same issue.
Try unplugging the unit for 10-15 minutes. Same thing happened to me and it resolved.
Check with the store where you made the purchase or check with the manufacturer.
