Just watched all the movies of high and low along with the series and I must say, even though the White Rascals are the least popular among the SWORD they're the most stylish.
Their leader frequently doesn't want to work with the others, plus he allows people like Kuryu and Mighty Warriors to do business in his club. It's also highly implied that although the Rascals claim to protect women they are actually also exploiting them. They have no female members or associates unlike the Rude Boyz and Sannoh (and no Kizzy doesn't count) so they have no one that can vouch for this. Even the Mighty Warriors and Kuryu have female members.
@@SantomPh I don't think he actually allows them to do business there, a lot goes on so its likely he's not aware its happening. Rocky wants to protect women, which is fine and all, but that single minded focus does get in the way of the greater good of protecting everyone in the District. If it wasn't for Cobra/Sannoh and the others showing up, Rocky and the rest of WR would have lost against Doubt. I think that finally made him realize just how important the alliance is.

Smoky is also my top leader, my favorite of all. But in their back story. Rocky has the nightmare-ish one.

How were you able to watch the series?
Rocky has the saddest and darkest backstory of all the sword leaders. Seeing his mom & sister hanging dead will haunt him forever.
