The Part where Mama Gbero was asleep and overheard Baba Gbero on a call and she screamed out of her sleep *The Blood of Jesus* 😊😊😊
I think what stood out for me in this episode was Gbade dieing without being saved meanwhile Chief Sanya lured him into the cult something like peer pressure and was later saved. Be careful who you follow (my thoughts).
He had opportunities for a change as Chief sanya went back to share the news of his salvation to him. Gbade was bent on vengeance and failed to accept a God that saved Sanya inspite all they did (secret seer group)to bring him down. It is really sad! Gbade lost his soul😢
@agnesadeoye5418 him and Commando kept mentioning the power that Martins and his dad have but they were unaware or just plain refused to see who gave them the power 🤦🏾♀️🤦🏾♀️

I also noticed something very powerful which was done by Baba Gbenro. Despite the fact that he and his family were having issues with their son's illness, he was still able to attend to the needs of Akin and the loss of his father, at that point he forgot about himself and his situation and was keen to reaching out to Akin and his mother. That's SELFLESSNESS at its peak.
Martins being able to introduce Jesus in the critical condition of Gbenro was very powerful
1. Jaymikee's new intro really stood out for me. The creativity is worth appreciating
2. The return of Rambo was epic and mesmerising
3. The "chicken death" of Gbade, Commando and Calculus were painful even though they are bad guys. This explains the love of God to even ardent sinners.
Why is no one talking about commando death?😭😭
He was so close to giving his life to Christ before gbade called him and now rambo killed both him and gbade 😞😭

What personally stood out for me was the fact that We'll always need to die daily on the matter of forgiveness.
I mean I didn't expect Chief Durosanya and Akin to low-key rejoice at the death of Gbade.
But then, these things happen to the best of Us.
Intentionality and a Holy consciousness of our Christlikeness is needed daily.
We choose forgiveness.
"There are nightmares and they are nightmares" those words said by grandmaster which seems not to get out of my heads.
Yes, Officer Gabriel needs to break that marital pattern in her life, like asap!

Baba Gbenro all these while has been so concerned for others particularly for Martins but now it came to his own son he couldn't pray because he was emotionally involved. All efforts of baba Gbenro on Martins is never in vain, God use Martins to rescue Gbenro. Lesson learned - my labour of love is never in vain.
Another lesson learned - that is logical doesn't mean that it doesn't have spiritual undertones. You will think Gbenro is traumatized because of his wife demise not knowing that Mama merchant of fire was the one behind it
Exactly, and because we think we know, prayer reduces. We think we've found the root of the problem and try to use more logic to find the solution. And in this case which is same for most, there's an unknown spiritual cause 🤦🏾♀️
Yes and that is why I first tackle any issue on the general principle that"nothing just happens" before I go on to look at it legally, socially and otherwise.
Eniola's death was spiritual which led to Gbenro being accused and attacked spiritually by Eniola's mother whom if she had applied this principle would have traced it to her occultic husband who had to offer Eniola as a sacrifice. Of course the merchant of fire knew the source of the problem because she has a connection with the grandmaster but does satan stand on the truth? His aim is always to kill steal and destroy.
Mama gbaro was sleeping but still screaming out blood of Jesus 😅😅
The conversation between Rambo and the Grandmaster on the flip, sounded like King Hezekiah negotiating for his life, like Jacob wrestling against the angel, like David pouring out Psalms, like Father Abraham pleading for Sodom and Gommorah. Rambo spoke the Grandmaster's Word back to him. As believers, we all know the end of each of these stories, they got what they prayed for. We can lay hold on GOD's Word to us too.
Please, big shout out to Miss Love Esrom ❤❤ I made sure to check the cast and see her name. She was the nurse in the hospital with Gbenro
I really wish Commando got saved before he died. Then again, I really hope Rambo's life is not beyond redemption. This one that he has sold his soul to the devil bayi😢

Hilarious part for me...was when Akin's mother was telling Akin about her encounter with mother of fire. Akin was asking questions and one question was "she disappeared, to where?

Oh mine! I love the Eniola's reveal in this episode. It gave the vibe of a scary or horror movie. Her ghost, the hair flying and the face she made, and the blood on the nose was awesome.
And omo! Gbenro knows how to act that mad man abeg. The way he was dilating his eyes. Kudos

i was personally blessed though it took alot of time before episode one was released on sunday
Firstly when Gbade shot chucks, i noticed that chucks reacted to the gun shot even before Gbade pulled the trigger and also, when Rambo shot Gbade's leg, there was no blood and you can hardly tell that he was shot if not for his reaction to the shot
I was asking where's the blood in my room 😂😂😂 but it's overshadowed by the fact that they killed both of them off🙆🏾♀️🙆🏾♀️🙆🏾♀️ are we dreaming gan?

Was it just me that observed that Rambo's room in the flashback actually changed? I know it might not be easy to get the same house Rambo used in season 3 (cos that house was more luxury).
Also, maybe after Morenike and Akin got through that Mother of Fire saga, they didn't return to Akin's newly gotten apartment but got a different apartment entirely to hide their head. Maybe.
Again, Martin's room in Season 4 has a different feel to where he woke up from his nightmare in this season 5. Maybe Mama Gbenro helped redesign the room within 3-5 days of his kidnap. Maybe.
Seeing the time lapse between ending of season 4 and season 5 is just a day.
I feel continuity in some areas could have been better sha.
But in all, ọmọ! I can't stop talking about Abattoir. I know we are better in this season in every aspect 💪.
Now, let me talk about continuity that blew my mind 🤯:
1. The scene of Rambo's return, the same way the colour lights were placed in that incompleted building in the ending of season 4 is the same way. I had to argue with my younger sister that they shot that scene this year not along with season 4 last year. The makeup for all the characters in that scene... If someone was to watch season 4 into season 5 in a stretch, you wouldn't feel out of it. The continuity was dope.
2. Rambo's flashback; his costume, to the tattoo on his left hand, the chain on his neck, the way his beret sat... Good👍
3. Unlike season 4 where in between a particular episode, Morenike's glasses changed and the change was so obvious, this time around, the hair and glasses was the same.
Along many things... I just like this series. God bless you guys real good. More grace.

Looking at Officer Gabriel, I doubt if she's a believer. Because for her to doubt Martins story is a real big deal for me.

I'm just few minutes into this movie. I have to go to now. But all I can say is., fear is the beginning of death. But if one can call on His Master, he shall be saved from both fear and death.
The scripture is right "the just shall live by faith"
Rambo was afraid to die; he knew Gbade would have him, but then he cried to his master to have him spared and that was it.
Rambo was kept away for years because he'd be needed at a time to render a very sensitive service to his master and he stayed till he was fit to be sent forth.
Christian folks wait for your manifestation
Gbade died the moment he lost faith in the grand master & secret seer. He believed Rambo's report and that was it... Believers!!! Whose report do you believe ?🧐
Commando could have been spared on the first day but may die later, but the moment he spelt out his fear for Martins. Rambo sensed the voice of fear, secondly Martin was also a threat to Rambo but he didn't want to entertain the fear so he killed the voice of his fears first.
If Commando had maintained his steeze 😆, Rambo will go and come again but. He lost his steeze.
When I come back I'll watch the rest
