I used to guide on a similar tour out of Auke bay outside of Juneau, lunge feeding is not rare, just saying, plus there are way to many tour boats around Juneau now, icy strait, and the south end of admiralty island around Frederick sound have less traffic and more whales. Simple.😉
I don't care to see the men how glacier I've seen many glaciers and I've taken my wife to many glaciers so I don't really care to see that but I want to spend my time whale watching
If you're interested in just doing the whale watching, there should be excursions available for just that. If you're unable to find any with your cruise line, you can check with third-party excursion providers.
We are taking the tour through the cruise line. Hope we get to see whales like that!
