  • Adjusting your Freedom Band is easy. In this video I explain how to adjust your New Freedom band to fit either your waist arms or legs using the two bands provided in the starter kit package.
Each Freedom Band Dexcom G6 or Freestyle Libre Starter Kit found here bandsfordiabetics.com/collect... comes with a shorter and longer band depending on the size you purchased. Find the length of the band that works best for the diameter of the arm leg or torso you plan on using for your continuous glucose monitor overlay support.
When you initially first ordered your band you should have taken measurements from this page bandsfordiabetics.com/pages/b... of the smallest and largest diameter where you plan to wear the freedom band. Based on your original measurement. The band you ordered will fit after understanding how it works.
Of course if at any time you have any questions please visit our website and contact us or join us on Facebook and send us a message we are always happy to help. / freedombandt1d

When useing the arm band it consistently comes undone. It slides right out of the side pieces. Also the hard plastic is super uncomfortable

Which version do you have? Perhaps we can assist as this isn't a common issue I've heard or experienced myself as a user.

Why would you need to use this?

Ever have loose adhesive on day 6? Putting this on will reattach the lose adhesive using body heat, protect if swimming/bathing as needed.. people like my daughter live by this. Buying overlays is an expense we have excluded.
