Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) is closer to Jesus than anyone else.
Prophet Mohammad said, “I am the closest of the people to Jesus the son of Mary in this life and in the Hereafter.” It was said, “How is that, O Messenger of Allah?” The Prophet said, “The prophets are like brothers from one father with different mothers. They have one religion and there was no other prophet between us.”

Moral of the story....in Christianity, God does NOT forgive without payment. In Islam, God forgives if you sincerely repent. God is more merciful and forgiving in Islam. He does not require human sacrifice to forgive sins. He is All-knowing, therefore He knows if your repentance is sincere and he simply forgives. Well explained brother Mansour.

Ttinity, original sin, crucifiction required for salvation all frauds imposed in the Bible 3 centuries after Jesus. Facts. Look it up
Known as the “Great Commission,” Matthew 28:19 describes Jesus sending his disciples out to preach the Gospel, instructing them, “Teach ye all nations; baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost.” In other words, the three persons in one God. This formula is an important piece of scriptural evidence for the doctrine of the Trinity. However, the rest of the New Testament refers to baptism only in the name of Jesus. For example, in Acts 2:38, Peter preaches that believers should “repent and be baptized, every one of you, in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins.” This has led some to suspect that the Triune baptismal formula was added later in order to shore up the doctrine of the Trinity, which was rejected by the Arians and other early Christian sects. The fourth-century Church historian Eusebius quotes the text thus: “Go ye into all the world and make disciples of all the Gentiles in My Name.”
Christian Eucharistic celebrations repeat Christ’s words over the cup of wine at the Last Supper: “This is the chalice, the new testament in my blood, which shall be shed for you.” But did Jesus really say it? The passage where it appears, Luke 22:20, is not in the fifth- or sixth-century Codex Bezae. Since Bezae is notorious for adding text, rather than subtracting it, the omission has caused some scholars to speculate that the text was not originally part of Luke. The doctrine of atonement conveyed by these words is also alien to Luke. In his Gospel and Acts, Luke portrays Christ’s death as a horrendous miscarriage of justice and nothing more. Christ’s blood is significant only in the sense that his unjust death pricked the conscience of some who called for it, leading to their conversion. The rejection of a vicarious sacrifice was quite conscious on Luke’s part. As Bible scholar Bart Ehrman writes: “Luke eliminated or changed the Markan references to Jesus’ atoning sacrifice; he chose not to quote Isaiah 53 to depict Jesus’ death as an atonement for sins, even though he quoted the passage otherwise . . . it is not at all difficult to account for an interpolation of the disputed words.”Moreover, the wording of the disputed passages is rather non-Lukan. In fact, the passage looks closer to something Paul might have written. Thus, the longer reading may be a scribal attempt to inject I Corinthians 11:24 into Luke’s Gospel.Defenders of the passage maintain that it doesn’t contradict Luke’s theology. While the passage is understood to be about atonement, Luke did not see it that way. Rather, he was drawing a parallel with the Passover lamb whose blood sealed the Old Covenant. The lamb was not itself a sin-offering.
In the King James Bible, the Gospel of Mark ends with 16:20, “And they went forth, and preached everywhere, the Lord working with them, and confirming the word with signs following. Amen.” Most translations of Mark follow the KJV, with varying verbiage for the verses of chapter 16, which closely follow the Gospel of Luke. They appear to have been added by an unknown author or authors other than the original author of Mark, based on the oldest known manuscripts of the work. The oldest extant copies of Mark end at 16:8, and there are numerous copies which indicate the work ended there. One is the Sinaitic copy, circa 370 CE, another is the Vatican copy, circa 325 CE.
There are many theories regarding the gospel stopping abruptly after 16:8, as well as when the additional verses were added. The additional verses describe the Ascension, and are included in the KJV without subsequent commentary, though many newer translations contain notes pointing out the unknown provenance of the subsequent verses after 16:8. Much of the later verses refer to the criteria for salvation (which differ from elsewhere in the Bible), proselytization, and the Great Commission, the command from Jesus to preach the word to all. The Great Commission is to many fundamentalists their Prime Directive, unaware that it was a later addition to the Gospel and of unknown origin.
The translators allowed several Hebrew words to be used interchangeably when their meanings in the original were very much different. One of these is the Hebrew word alma, which was translated into Greek as meaning virgin, when in fact it refers to a young woman, betulah being the Hebrew word to refer to a pure woman, that is, a virgin.
Isaiah 7:14 prophecies the birth of Emmanuel to a virgin, and is quoted in the first Chapter of Matthew, describing the virgin birth of Christ, one of the bases of Christianity. But Isaiah uses the Hebrew word amah, meaning a young woman, rather than betulah, meaning a pure woman. Matthew quotes the virgin birth as being the fulfillment of the prophet, the delivery of the Messiah. But the translation is wrong. The word amah appears only once in Isaiah (7:14) but the word betulah appears five times in the book, each time clearly in reference to a virgin (23:4, 23:12, 37:22, 47:1, and 62:5). The translation into Greek remains the source of the description of the prophecy of the virgin birth, it is not apparent in the original Hebrew.
One of the most frequently quoted verses cited as proof that the entire contents of the Bible is divinely inspired comes from 2 Timothy. Verse 3:16 reads, “All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness.” This is a mistranslation and likely a deliberate one in the King James Version, which was written in part to be the only bible available for use in the Church of England, rendering it, and by extension its leader, the King, infallible and incontrovertible.
The correct translation from the oldest extant copy of 2 Timothy renders the verse in this manner, “All God-breathed scripture is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness.” By writing that God-breathed scripture - not all scripture - is profitable Paul implies that there is scripture that is not directly the word of God, while some parts of the scripture are. This mistranslation appears in the King James Version and has been altered in later revisions of the bible, which reject the theory that the entire work is the literal word of God, and thus infallible in its teaching, an outrage to some believers in the King James Version.
Matthew 28:19, "Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost," represents a rare biblical reference to the Holy Trinity. However, the trinity did not become church doctrine until the 3rd century CE, and even 4th century citations of this verse by Eusebius of Caesarea mention only baptizing] in the name of Jesus, as do similar biblical passages (e.g. Acts 19:5).
The highly nuanced doctrine of the Trinity is a bit hazy in the Bible, so some scholars think scribes might have resorted to fabricating the scriptural proof themselves. Notably, they might have added the famous Johannine Comma to I John 5:7, which reads: “And there are three that bear record in heaven, the Father, the Word, and the Holy Ghost. And these three are one.” This is one passage where the case for inauthenticity is virtually a slam dunk.Only eight extant Greek manuscripts from the 10th century onward contain the Comma. Four of these have the text only on the margin. All appear to be translations of the Latin Vulgate, itself a late text. No Church Father quotes it in debates with anti-Trinitarian heretics like the Arians. It is supposed that the Comma originated as a marginal note in certain Latin versions, eventually making its way into the Vulgate. The few proponents of the Comma accuse the Arians of suppressing the text. They argue that Bishop Cyprian appears to reference the Comma around AD 250. In the late fourth century, St. Jerome was aware of copies with the Comma and raged against scribes who were deleting it, calling them “unfaithful translators . . . who have kept just the three words water, blood and spirit in this edition, omitting mention of Father, Word and Spirit.”But is it really believable that the Arians could have expunged so many Greek manuscripts, even with their dominance of the Eastern Roman Empire for half a century? Textual critics think not. Modern critical versions of the Bible now usually omit the Comma. For example, the English Standard Version reads: “For there are three that testify: the Spirit and the water and the blood; and these three agree.”,.,

💥 *Every son of Adam commits sin*
It was narrated from Anas that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said:
“Every son of Adam commits sin, and the best of those who commit sin are those who repent.’”
      Grade: *Hasan* (Darussalam)
      Reference: Sunan Ibn Majah 4251
      In-book reference: Book 37, Hadith 152
English translation: Vol. 5, Book 37, Hadith 4251
      💥 *Original Forgiveness*
Islam teaches us that God is the most forgiving, and will go on forgiving, repeatedly. Part of being human is making mistakes. Sometimes the mistakes are made without deliberation or a bad intention, but sometimes we knowingly and deliberately sin and do wrong to others. Therefore as human beings, we are constantly in need of forgiveness. Whenever a person commits a sin, he alone is responsible for that sin. Every person is responsible for his or her own actions. Consequently, no human being who has ever lived is responsible for the mistakes made by Adam and Eve. God says in the Quran:
No soul burdened with sin will bear the burden of another. And if a sin-burdened soul cries for help with its burden, none of it will be carried-even by a close relative. You ˹O Prophet˺ can only warn those who stand in awe of their Lord without seeing Him1 and establish prayer. Whoever purifies themselves, they only do so for their own good. And to Allah is the final return.
💥 Adam and Eve made a mistake, they repented sincerely, and God in His infinite wisdom forgave them. Humankind is not doomed to be punished, generation after generation. The sins of the father are not visited upon the sons.
So they both ate from the tree and then their nakedness was exposed to them, prompting them to cover themselves with leaves from Paradise. So Adam disobeyed his Lord, and ˹so˺ lost his way.
Then his Lord chose him ˹for His grace˺, accepted his repentance, and guided him ˹rightly˺.
If one falls into sin, all that is required is sincere repentance followed by seeking God’s forgiveness. When a person sins he or she pushes themselves away from the mercy of God, however sincere repentance brings a person back to God.
      👉 *Chapter 7 The heights سورة الأعراف - Al-Araf: Verse 153*
But those who commit evil, then repent and become ˹true˺ believers, your Lord will certainly be All-Forgiving, Most-Merciful.
💥 Just because you fall or commit a sin, it *doesn’t mean you’re UNFORGIVEN!* You only need to fix from yourself thereafter, this is what matters most!
      👉 *Chapter 16 The Bee سورة النحل - An-Nahl: Verse 119*
As for those who commit evil ignorantly ˹or recklessly˺, then repent afterwards and mend their ways, then your Lord is surely All-Forgiving, Most Merciful.
💥 Adam and Eve sinned, they repented and God immediately forgave them. Since they were freely forgiven by their Lord, there is no burden of collective sin, passed on to the whole human race by our first ancestors, which affects every newborn baby as it comes from its mother’s womb, and from which all must be saved. Rather, each human being comes into this life with a pure, wholesome nature and a clean slate. As God proclaims,
      👉 *Chapter 95 The Fig سورة التين - At-Tin: Verse 4*
Indeed, We created humans in the best form (Moulds).
He said: "Our Lord is He Who gave to each (created) thing its form and nature, and further, gave (it) guidance."
💥 For it is our inner state and deeds that bring us near to or take us far from our Lord. Salvation is conferred by God’s grace and mercy, not through the sacrifice or vicarious atonement of any intermediary. And each individual’s accounting is directly with God. Humankind, according to Islam is born in a state of purity, without sin and naturally inclined to worship and praise God. However, human beings are also given freewill and are thus capable of making mistakes and committing sins; they are even capable of committing great evil.
💥 Since God is endlessly kind, loving, merciful, forgiving and the acceptor of repentance, the notion of Original Sin is a denial of His infinitely beneficent attributes, a negation of His Reality. Without question, the most generous, gracious Lord is able to freely forgive His servants without having to sacrifice the noblest of His creation in order to do so. And the Most Merciful repeatedly assures us that He forgives, out of His endless grace and compassion, whomever He wills. No matter what we may have done, His forgiveness is there for the asking.
      👉 *Chapter 4 The Women سورة النساء - An-Nisa: Verse 106*
And seek Allah’s forgiveness-indeed, Allah is All-Forgiving, Most Merciful.

@@delmanorshun2471 💥 Also Muslims reject the claim that an innocent man had to die on the cross to save sinners from punishment. To demand the price of blood in order to forgive people’s sins demonstrates complete lack of mercy, and to punish a guiltless person is undoubtedly the height of injustice. The idea that innocent babies or children are sinful sounds completely absurd to a believer who knows that Islam is about original forgiveness not original sin.
      👉 *Chapter 39 The Troops سورة الزمر - Az-Zumar: Verse 53*
Say, ˹O Prophet, that Allah says,˺ “O My servants who have exceeded the limits against their souls! Do not lose hope in Allah’s mercy, for Allah certainly forgives all sins. He is indeed the All-Forgiving, Most Merciful.
💥 God is Merciful. Jesus, like all other prophets, taught that we can earn salvation by obedience, repentance, and good deeds to help others. No sacrifice is necessary for salvation. No bloodshed is necessary for salvation. No savior should die for the salvation of others; everyone is responsible for his own salvation. Jesus has confirmed the same in:
      👉 *Matthew 6:14-15*
14 For if you forgive other people when they sin against you, your heavenly Father will also forgive you. 15 But if you do not forgive others their sins, your Father will not forgive your sins.
      👉 *Mark 11:25*
25 And when you stand praying, if you hold anything against anyone, forgive them, so that your Father in heaven may forgive you your sins.”
      👉 *Luke 6:37*
37 “Do not judge, and you will not be judged. Do not condemn, and you will not be condemned. Forgive, and you will be forgiven.
      👉 *Ezekiel 18:20-23*
The one who sins is the one who will die. The child will not share the guilt of the parent, nor will the parent share the guilt of the child. The righteousness of the righteous will be credited to them, and the wickedness of the wicked will be charged against them. 21 “But if a wicked person turns away from all the sins they have committed and keeps all my decrees and does what is just and right, that person will surely live; they will not die. 22 None of the offenses they have committed will be remembered against them. Because of the righteous things they have done, they will live. 23 Do I take any pleasure in the death of the wicked? declares the Sovereign Lord. Rather, am I not pleased when they turn from their ways and live?
💥 And to *WARN* Paul's followers:
      👉 *Chapter 4 The Women سورة النساء - An-Nisa: Verse 48*
Indeed, Allah does not forgive associating others with Him ˹in worship˺, but forgives anything else of whoever He wills. And whoever associates others with Allah has indeed committed a *GRAVE SIN!*

Bible says no such thing as original sin or the need for God to commit suicide for salvation. Repentence equals salvation
He will not die for his father’s sin; he will surely live. 18But his father will die for his own sin, because he practiced extortion, robbed his brother and did what was wrong among his people.
19“Yet you ask, ‘Why does the son not share the guilt of his father?’ Since the son has done what is just and right and has been careful to keep all my decrees, he will surely live. 20The one who sins is the one who will die. The child will not share the guilt of the parent, nor will the parent share the guilt of the child. 24“But if a righteous person turns from their righteousness and commits sin and does the same detestable things the wicked person does, will they live? None of the righteous things that person has done will be remembered. Because of the unfaithfulness they are guilty of and because of the sins they have committed, they will die.
25“Yet you say, ‘The way of the Lord is not just.’ Hear, you Israelites: Is my way unjust? Is it not your ways that are unjust? 26If a righteous person turns from their righteousness and commits sin, they will die for it; because of the sin they have committed they will die. 27But if a wicked person turns away from the wickedness they have committed and does what is just and right, they will save their life.,,,,,,

Who said the only way to be forgiven was from Jesus being killed?
Every prophet that was sent by God told us to get to heaven, we recognise worship and obey our creator, and repent for our sins.
When a jew asked Jesus what he needed for the kingdom, Jesus said his belief in one God has him at the gates
Jesus instructed people to worship only the Father in heaven, his father and our father, his God and our God, and repent for salvation
Your belief is a pagan cult, that God needs blood. Jesus never taught any of this.
In Christianity, God has no mercy, he cannot forgive! He needs a PAYMENT, no love.
If you sincerely think about it, if we were in court, and the judge decides to kill his innocent son as a payment for the crime of the murderer, you would never accept it, and say that is the most ludicrous form of justice you ever heard of
Yet, you wanna say our most Merciful and Just creator would commit such a despicable and evil act!
There's soo many obvious signs, that your part of a satanic faith, we don't even need to read the bible, just research, Xmas day is a day they worshipped the sun God, Easter, again taken from a devil worshipping cult.
Many Christians claim that Jesus forgave people during his ministry, and only God can forgive therefore proving Jesus is God.
But, if Jesus was forgiving people before his crucifiction, then he didnt need to die, as he saved ppl before that! God didn't need a blood payment. You see the holes in this falsehood u r on 😔
Muhammad also promised people paradise, but we don't call him God for it, we understand that whatever actions pll did, the prophet knew it would grant them salvation, and so he could tell them they were saved. Peace be upon all the prophets of God,,,.

    • @Shady_Anderson
      @Shady_Anderson ปีที่แล้ว

Jesus never died. The matter of the fact that Jesus was praying, sweating and begging God to save him from his enemies in Matthew 26:39 and Luke 22:44, clearly shows he never wanted to die, and God heard his prayers and saved him as prophesied in the full Pslam 91 chapter and the following verses:
Pslam 91:10-16. Because you have made the Lord your dwelling place-
the Most High, who is my refuge-
10 no evil shall be allowed to befall you,
no plague come near your tent.
11 For he will command his angels concerning you
to guard you in all your ways.
12 On their hands they will bear you up,
lest you strike your foot against a stone.
    13 You will tread on the lion and the adder;
the young lion and the serpent you will trample underfoot.
    14 “Because he holds fast to me in love, I will deliver him;
I will protect him, because he knows my name.
    15 When he calls to me, I will answer him;
    I will be with him in trouble;
I will rescue him and honor him.
16 With long life I will satisfy him
    and show him my salvation.”
Pslam 18:3. I will call upon the LORD, who is worthy to be praised: so shall I be saved from mine enemies.
Pslam 20:6. Now I know that the LORD saves His anointed; He will answer him from His holy heaven With the saving strength of His right hand.
Pslam 118:17. I will not die but live, and will proclaim what the LORD has done.
    Hebrews 5:7. Who in the days of his flesh, when he had offered up prayers and supplications with strong crying and tears unto him that was able to save him from death, and was heard in that he feared;
Qur'an 4:157. And [for] their saying, "Indeed, we have killed the Messiah, Jesus, the son of Mary, the messenger of Allah." in a situation when there can't be any repayment, forgiveness is letting go with no punishment. Adam (a.s) can't cough up the apple and he is no longer in the garden, also god doesn't need anything from Adam (a.s) anyway. So there is no repayment in that case.

    Saheeh Bukhari
    Volume 8, Book 77, Number 611:
    Narrated Abu Huraira:
The Prophet said, “Adam and Moses argued with each other. Moses said to Adam. ‘O Adam! You are our father who disappointed us and turned us out of Paradise.’ Then Adam said to him, ‘O Moses! Allah favored you with His talk (talked to you directly) and He wrote (the Torah) for you with His Own Hand. *Do you blame me for action which Allah had written in my fate forty years before my creation* ? So Adam confuted Moses, Adam confuted Moses,” the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him added, repeating the Statement three times.
The three religions agree on one basic fact: Both women and men are created by God, The Creator of the whole universe. However, disagreement starts soon after the creation of the first man, Adam, and the first woman, Hawwa/Eve. The Judaeo-Christian conception of the creation of Adam and Hawwa is narrated in detail in Genesis 2:4-3:24. God prohibited both of them from eating the fruits of the forbidden tree. The serpent seduced Eve to eat from it and Eve, in turn, seduced Adam to eat with her. When God rebuked Adam for what he did, he put all the blame on Eve. The woman you put here with me --she gave me some fruit from the tree and I ate it. Consequently, God said to Eve: I will greatly increase your pains in childbearing; with pain you will give birth to children. Your desire will be for your husband and he will rule over you. To Adam He said: "Because you listened to your wife and ate from the tree .... Cursed is the ground because of you, through painful toil you will eat of it all the days of your life..."
The Islamic conception of the first creation is found in several places in the Quran, for example:
O Adam dwell with your wife in the Garden and enjoy as you wish but approach not this tree or you run into harm and transgression. Then Satan whispered to them in order to reveal to them their shame that was hidden from them and he said: Your Lord only forbade you this tree lest you become angels or such beings as live forever. And he swore to them both that he was their sincere adviser. So by deceit he brought them to their fall: when they tasted the tree their shame became manifest to them and they began to sew together the leaves of the Garden over their bodies. And their Lord called unto them: 'Did I not forbid you that tree and tell you that Satan was your avowed enemy?' They said: Our Lord we have wronged our own souls and if You forgive us not and bestow not upon us Your Mercy, we shall certainly be lost' (Quran 7:19:23).
    *Allah forgave them* , simple.

@@seekthetruthandthetruthwil2388 it doesn't makes sense because god made humans with free will and weaknes, this will consequently create sin as a by product. The most logical way is for god to teach on how do we turn back from sin and he did in the bible looking the story of the prodigical son.
If god willed humans not to sin, he already have other creation for that, its the angels.
Christianity is very confusing, trying too hard to solve a non existing problem

Innocent question about the triune god, and especially the verse of John 3:16.
When the father portion of the triune god was begetting the son portion of the triune god, was the holy spirit portion a cuck? Did the holy spirit portion of the triune god witness the fertilization of the womb that bore the son portion or did the holy spirit portion actively participate? If the holy spirit portion of your triune god participated in the begetting of the son portion, does that mean it was a holy DP (because the father portion and the holy spirit portion were actively involved)?
If the triune god is always a triune god and never becomes a dual god (when the son portion is not around), does that mean the son portion was also participating in the begetting of itself? Does that qualify as incest, because the son is fertilizing the womb of its mother (along with the father and the holy spirit)?
If you claim your triune god is spiritual and physical. Trying to understand that bogus concept is difficult, are you saying that the spiritual portion of the triune god was responsible for the begetting of the son portion? How can a spirit beget? Beget is a physical act of fertilization that occurs among lower animal functions of reproduction. So if the son portion of your triune god is the physical aspect of your triune god, then the son committed incest with his mother and ejaculated himself into her. If the father portion of your triune god is the physical aspect of your triune god then did fornication occur? Because clearly there's no record of Mary ever having married the father portion of the triune god, and nowhere in the bible does it mention that your triune god married any of its creation.

💥 Dear Christians. There is a big difference between forgiveness and paying a debt and they are not the same thing. If you owe me money there is 2 options, either I'll forgive you or ask you the payment, but asking the payment doesn't remotely express any forgiveness, I simply took what's rightfully mine. In another example, to shed more light, if I got PNCHD by a person intentionally and I wanna revenge back, I'm gonna PNCH that same person back and not anybody else, even if somebody volunteered to take the PNCH back, I would still PNCH the person who PNCHD me and nobody else! Or, I can forgive that person and let it go peacefully. That's the meaning of forgiveness.
In the case of the crucifixion, which is nothing more than a fabrication invented by the Churches built by Paul, it's a "payment in blood". Simply put, you get sick and Jesus pbuh takes the injection? You steal money and Jesus pbuh goes to jail? It's a blood payment for condemning the innocent and acquitting the guilty. You cannot call this neither forgiveness nor love.
💥 If I asked the payment then we settled and I didn't forgive, if I forgave then I didn't ask the payment even though we didn't settle (By paying me back what's rightfully mine). If I asked the payment, nobody can blame me because it's my right and justice states to take it back, if I forgave then I took a higher cause by forgiving your shortage that you cannot pay me. Unlucky for the people that altered the Bible, God PBTH is The Just and A Merciful God according to the Bible itself! Paying me back while I act that I forgave you is a terribly invalid statement! Forgiveness can only happen when there is a shortage of paying back, if you paid back then this is called a settlement and not forgiveness. Simply, the 2 cannot gather in the same sentence, ever. God PBTH Forgave sins inside the Bible without any blood or a payment and that's the core essence of forgiveness.

💥 *GOD PBTH FORGAVE SINS IN THE OLD TESTAMENT WITHOUT ANY BLOOD REQUIREMENTS! THIS CONFIRMS THE QUR'AN!*
      👉 *1 Kings **8:28**-61*
28 Yet give attention to *your servant’s prayer and his plea for mercy, Lord my God*
33 “When your people Israel have been defeated by an enemy *because they have sinned against you, and when they turn back to you and give praise to your name, praying and making supplication to you in this temple, 34 then hear from heaven and forgive the sin of your people Israel and bring them back to the land you gave to their ancestors.*
35 “When the heavens are shut up and there is no rain *because your people have sinned against you, and when they pray toward this place and give praise to your name and turn from their sin because you have afflicted them, 36 then hear from heaven and forgive the sin of your servants, your people Israel.* Teach them the right way to live, and send rain on the land you gave your people for an inheritance.
37 “When famine or plague comes to the land, or blight or mildew, locusts or grasshoppers, or when an enemy besieges them in any of their cities, whatever disaster or disease may come, 38 and *when a prayer or plea is made by anyone among your people Israel-being aware of the afflictions of their own hearts, and spreading out their hands toward this temple- 39 then hear from heaven, your dwelling place. Forgive and act;* deal with everyone according to all they do, since you know their hearts (for you alone know every human heart), 40 so that they will fear you all the time they live in the land you gave our ancestors.
46 “When they sin against you-for there is no one who does not sin-and you become angry with them and give them over to their enemies, who take them captive to their own lands, far away or near; 47 and if they have a change of heart in the land where they are held captive, and repent and plead with you in the land of their captors and say, ‘We have sinned, we have done wrong, we have acted wickedly’; 48 and if they turn back to you with all their heart and soul in the land of their enemies who took them captive, and pray to you toward the land you gave their ancestors, toward the city you have chosen and the temple I have built for your Name; 49 then from heaven, your dwelling place, hear their prayer and their plea, and uphold their cause.
50 *AND FORGIVE YOUR PEOPLE , WHO HAVE SINNED AGAINST YOU ; FORGIVE ALL THE OFFENSES THEY HAVE COMITTED AGAINST YOU* , and cause their captors to show them mercy; 51 for they are your people and your inheritance, whom you brought out of Egypt, out of that iron-smelting furnace.
*52 “May your eyes be open to your servant’s plea and to the plea of your people Israel, and may you listen to them whenever they cry out to you.* 54 When Solomon had finished all these prayers and supplications to the Lord, he rose from before the altar of the Lord, *where he had been kneeling with his hands spread out toward heaven.* 55 He stood and blessed the whole assembly of Israel in a loud voice, saying:
56 “Praise be to the Lord, who has given rest to his people Israel just as he promised. Not one word has failed of all the good promises he gave through his servant Moses. 57 May the Lord our God be with us as he was with our ancestors; may he never leave us nor forsake us. 58 *May he turn our hearts to him, to walk in obedience to him and keep the commands, decrees and laws he gave our ancestors.* 59 And may these words of mine, which I have prayed before the Lord, be near to the Lord our God day and night, that he may uphold the cause of his servant and the cause of his people Israel according to each day’s need, 60 so that all the peoples of the earth may know that the Lord is God and that there is no other. 61 And may your hearts be fully committed to the Lord our God, to live by his decrees and obey his commands, as at this time.”
      👉 *1 Kings 9:1-9*
When Solomon had finished building the temple of the Lord and the royal palace, and had achieved all he had desired to do, 2 the Lord appeared to him a second time, as he had appeared to him at Gibeon. 3 The Lord said to him:
*“I have heard the prayer and plea you have made before me;* I have consecrated this temple, which you have built, by putting my Name there forever. My eyes and my heart will always be there.
*6 “But if you or your descendants turn away from me and do not observe the commands and decrees I have given you and go off to serve other gods and worship them, 7 then I will cut off Israel from the land I have given them and will reject this temple I have consecrated for my Name.* Israel will then become a byword and an object of ridicule among all peoples. 8 This temple will become a heap of rubble. All[c] who pass by will be appalled and will scoff and say, ‘Why has the Lord done such a thing to this land and to this temple?’ 9 People will answer, ‘Because they have forsaken the Lord their God, who brought their ancestors out of Egypt, and have embraced other gods, worshiping and serving them-that is why the Lord brought all this disaster on them.’”
      👉 *2 Chronicles **6:21*
*Hear the supplications of your servant and of your people Israel when they pray toward this place.* Hear from heaven, your dwelling place; and when you hear, *forgive.*
      👉 *2 Chronicles **6:25*
then *hear from heaven and forgive the sin of your people Israel* and bring them back to the land you gave to them and their ancestors.
      👉 *2 Chronicles **6:27*
then *hear from heaven and forgive the sin of your servants, your people Israel.* Teach them the right way to live, and send rain on the land you gave your people for an inheritance.
      👉 *2 Chronicles **6:30*
then *hear from heaven, your dwelling place. Forgive,* and deal with everyone according to all they do, since you know their hearts (for you alone know the human heart),
      👉 *2 Chronicles **6:39*
then *from heaven, your dwelling place, hear their prayer and their pleas, and uphold their cause. And forgive your people, who have sinned against you.*
      👉 *2 Chronicles **7:14*
if my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and *pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sin* and will heal their land.
      👉 *Psalm 25:11*
For the sake of your name, *Lord, forgive my iniquity, though it is great.*

*Blessed is the one whose transgressions are forgiven,* whose sins are covered.

*I will cleanse them from all the sin they have committed against me and will forgive all their sins of rebellion against me.*

    1. Neither book names the fruit, but the Bible alone calls it the tree of knowledge of good and evil. The Qur'an does not call it such, but teaches that humans are already inspired with the knowledge of good and evil at creation in order to enable them to exercise choice between good and evil. This knowledge did not come as a result of eating from a forbidden tree.
    2. The Bible says the deceiver was a serpent, but the Qur'an says it was Satan.
    3. The Bible says that Adam was not deceived, but only Eve was deceived; it says that Eve then gave the fruit to Adam and he ate. On the other hand, more than one Qur'anic passages mention that they were both deceived. One passage specifically says that Satan approached Adam and deceived him. The Qur'an does not single out Eve for blame in any passage.
    4. The Bible says that when the couple heard the sound of God walking in the garden in the cool of the day, they hid from him among the trees. So God called out to Adam asking where he was, and asking if he ate from the forbidden tree. On the other hand the Qur'an does not depict God in limited human form. The Qur'an and the Bible both teach that God knows everything always.
    5. According to the Bible, when the couple was confronted with their mistake, they blamed each other, and Adam even blamed God because God gave him the woman who gave him the fruit. According to the Qur'an they did not pass the blame. Instead, both repented.
    6. According to the Bible, God cursed them. According to the Qur'an, God forgave them and guided them.
    7. According to the Bible, they were driven out of the garden because God was afraid that they may eat from the tree of life and live forever. According to the Qur'an, God's plan was to educate our first parents in paradise, then send them into the world for a limited time to resist Satan, the enemy. They were sent to earth as part of God's plan for them; not as a way of preventing them access to the tree of life, but as a test to distinguish those deserving of everlasting enjoyment in God's paradise.
    8. According to the Bible, God had said that when Adam eats from the tree he would surely die, and the serpent said they will not surely die. The serpent was right - they did not die. Contrary to this, in the Qur'an, God said that if Adam and Eve eat from the tree they will become wrongdoers, then they will have to leave the garden and come out to where they will have to labour. Satan, however, promised them that if they eat from the tree they will live forever. Satan was wrong - they did not live forever.
    9. According to the Bible, because of God's curse, serpents have to crawl and eat dust, women have to suffer in childbirth, and men have to sweat for a living. According to the Qur'an, no such curse was issued. The difficulties of life on earth are what makes it different from life in paradise.

So did Jesus' earliest followers consider him to be God?
EHRMAN: Well, what I argue in the book is that during his lifetime, Jesus himself didn't call himself God and didn't consider himself God and that none of his disciples had any inkling at all that he was God. The way it works is that you do find Jesus calling himself God in the Gospel of John, our last Gospel. Jesus says things like: Before Abraham was, I am, and I and the father are one, and if you've seen me, you've see the father.
These are all statements that you find only in the Gospel of John, and that's striking because we have earlier Gospels, and we have the writings of Paul, and in none of them is there any indication that Jesus said such things about him. I think it's completely implausible that Matthew, Mark and Luke would not mention that Jesus called himself God if that's what he was declaring about himself. That would be a rather important point to make.
So this is not an unusual view among scholars. It's simply the view that the Gospel of John is providing a theological understand of Jesus that is not what was historically accurate.
GROSS: Jesus was referred to as the king of the Jews. Did he call himself that, and what did that mean it is time? Do we know? Can we have any idea what that meant in its time?
EHRMAN: Yeah, we do know, and actually to be a king of the Jews simply meant literally, being the king over Israel. It is a very difficult question to get to, what Jesus taught about himself because of the nature of our gospels, but one thing is relatively certain, that that the reason the Romans crucified Jesus was precisely because he was calling himself the king of Israel.
Now, Jesus obviously was not the king. So what might he have meant by it? Well, what scholars have long thought is that Jesus was talking about not being put on the throne by means of some kind of political show of power, but that Jesus thought the world as he knew it was coming to an end and God was going to bring in a kingdom, a new kingdom in which there would be no more injustice or oppression or poverty or suffering of any kind.
And in this kingdom, Jesus appears to have thought that he himself would be the future king. And so Jesus meant this not in the regular political sense but in a kind of apocalyptic sense, that at the end of the age, this is what was going to happen: he was going to be installed as king.
GROSS: So Jesus saw himself as the messiah. What else did that mean in its time?
EHRMAN: Well, a lot of Christians today have a wrong idea about what the messiah was supposed to be. The word messiah is a Hebrew word that literally means the anointed one. This was used in reference to the kings of Israel. The ancient kings of Israel, when they became king during the coronation ceremony, would have oil poured on their head as a sign of divine favor.
And so the king of Israel was called God's anointed one, the messiah. There came a point at which there was no longer a king ruling Israel, and some Jewish thinkers began to maintain that there would be a future king of Israel, a future anointed one, and they called that one the messiah. And so the messiah for most Jews simply referred to the future king of Israel.
And so when Jesus told his disciples that he himself was the messiah, he was saying that in the future, when God establishes the kingdom once more, I myself will be the king of that kingdom. And so it's not that the messiah was supposed to be God. The messiah was not supposed to be God. The messiah was a human being who would be the future king, and that's probably what Jesus taught his disciples that he was...
Its truly mind blowing that despite theclear evidence the devil has mislead them away from Jesus true message, that he was a man sent by God, a prophet, preached to worship God alone, they remain ignorant 😔

Jesus Christ is a true human being. It is clear from the verses below that he was indeed a man.
John 17.3...jesus says to the father...that they may know you, THE ONLY TRUE GOD and Jesus whom you sent.
John 20.17 Jesus says....I am ascending to me father and your father, my God and your God.
      Acts 2:22
“Men of Israel, listen to this: Jesus of Nazareth was a man accredited by God to you by miracles, wonders and signs, which God did among you through him, as you yourselves know.
      Acts 2:23
This man was handed over to you by God’s set purpose and foreknowledge; and you, with the help of wicked men, put him to death by nailing him to the cross.
      Acts 17:31
For he has set a day when he will judge the world with justice by the man he has appointed. He has given proof of this to all men by raising him from the dead.”
      1 Timothy 2:5
For there is one God and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus.
      Romans 5:15
But the gift is not like the trespass. For if the many died by the trespass of the one man (Adam) how much more did God’s grace and the gift that came by the grace of the one man, Jesus Christ, overflow to the many!
The Greek word for “man” in these verses is anthropos.
The Greek word anthropos means “a human being, whether male or female, generically, to include all human individuals, to distinguish man from beings of a different race or order.”
Anthropos is used to describe Adam, the first man. In the same verse (Romans 5:15) it is used to describe Jesus Christ. If words mean anything, one must believe that Jesus Christ was a flesh and blood human being just like Adam.
On the other hand, Scripture says “God is not a man.”
      Numbers 23:19
God is not a man, that he should lie, nor a son of man…
      Numbers 23:19 (NRSV)
God is not a human being, that he should lie, or a mortal…
      Hosea 11:9
For I am God, and not man- the Holy One among you.....

Many Christians use this verse to prove the existence of the Trinity. For there are three that bear witness in heaven: the Father, the Word, and the Holy Spirit; and these three are one. (1 John 5:7) The issue with this verse is that it is universally recognized by Biblical scholars and historians, including thirty-two Christian scholars of the highest eminence backed by fifty cooperating Christian denominations, as being inserted by the Church later. Since it was proven that this verse is a fabrication, it has been deleted from some of the later Bibles, such as the Revised Standard Version and the New Revised Standard Version.
The authorship of the Gospel of John, the Fourth Gospel, is widely contested. Scholars have debated the authorship of Johannine literature since at least the third century, but especially since the Enlightenment.,

the doctrine of Alpha and Omega is a sad and unfortunate example of mankind’s tampering with the Word of God. It shows how doctrine is contracted by men to justify false beliefs. The phrase “Saying, I am Alpha and Omega, the first and the last” (Revelation 1:11) which is found in the King James Version was not in the original Greek texts. Therefore, the Alpha Omega phrase is not found in virtually any ancient texts, nor is it mentioned, even as a footnote, in any modern translation!....

There are four versions of the life of Jesus in the New Testament but, let’s face it, everyone has a favorite. For most people, that preferred version is the Gospel of John. Not only is the fourth Gospel the most poetic and ‘spiritual’ of Gospels, it’s also the most theologically weighty.
It’s in John that Christians find the evidence for many of the dogmatic claims that form the bedrock of Christian belief. And it’s John that supplies the pithy quotes about faith, eternal life, and love that you find on coffee mugs and laminated bookmarks.
Now new research, which claims that the Gospel of John is an ancient forgery, is poised to overturn much of what we know about everyone’s favorite biography of Jesus.
When it comes to the authorship of this story, Christian tradition attributes the Gospel to an apostle, known in the text as the disciple “whom Jesus loved” and identified by early church writers as the disciple John.
It is this beloved disciple who keeps watch with Mary the mother of Jesus at the cross. As Jesus draws close to death, he sees his already-grieving mother and devoted follower standing together and says “woman, here is your son” and, to the disciple, “here is your mother.” It’s a scene of great compassion in which Jesus encourages his mother and dearest friend to take solace in their relationship with one another. The supposed closeness of Jesus and the beloved disciple has meant that the beloved disciple (AKA John) is a central figure in Christian art. In Leonardo Da Vinci’s “Last Supper,” for example, it is the beloved disciple who sits beside Jesus.
The Gospel presents itself as the work of an eyewitness to the events of Jesus’ ministry and death. It doesn’t say it was written by John but instead states that it is the work of a “disciple whom Jesus loved,” who “testifies” to what he has seen (1:14; 19:35; 21:24).

There is a bizarre perception of a sad joke: Muslim guy upholding the Oneness of our Maker while the Christian preachers are struggling to make our Creator more than One. If you spot the joke, you will be grateful and proud of being Muslim ❤️🙏 What an amazing Grace ❤❤❤

I can't wait until we finally get over the triune God stuff, insha Allah! There are so many more other important things to discuss. Insha Allah soooooooooon, people will accept the truth and get closer to the light. Literally, this triune belief, is preventing people from true knowledge and true wisdom. Ya Allah, bring us all closer to the light, no matter how close we "believe" we are to it, only Allah knows, all that is known, and unknown. La ilaha ilAllah! Muhammadan RasUULALALLAH! ☝

She's not asking questions she's making a debate out of it. We don't need to convince you of what we believe number one. Number two we're not going to tell you from your understanding or your book what we believe. We're going to tell you from our understanding and our book. And we have the verbatim words of the Creator. This is not up for debate. You have nothing baseless groundless claims from a book written by anonymous writers.. It's ridiculous it's like you're asking the manufacturer how did he make the phone. And then you're telling him from someone who wasn't there who doesn't know or have the understanding or knowledge to make the phone how to make the phone. Or how the phone was made. Be quiet learn something stop being arrogant.
