I try! That's one of the reasons I don't use a tripod though the camera is shaky when I start shooting because I have nothing to rest it on and I'm trying to manage the zoom, red START button, and holding a piece of tissue on the side mic to prevent wind noise! As you know, recording video outdoors is a challenge, but a least the Kona Nui Nights management and crew have gotten their production act together, so there's space for the dancers (on soft grass!) in front of the stage and good lighting (after YEARS of complaints at the IBM building). Now if they could just give in and set up a tent for the once-a-month, two-hour show (at least over the stage and the area in front it), I, and most of us "regulars" in the audience, would be very happy!
