My experience of AWS cloud practitioner exam, I gave my exam on 19th Dec 2023 and cleared it. Started preparing 10 days before the exam date, watching a 14 hour long Udemy course, and forgot everything after finishing the course. Downloaded the 500 page PPT from the course and went through it a day before exam day (6-7 hour work) and qualified the exam. It's an really easy exam and same type of questions come in exam so, appear for mocks to get an idea as in what is been asked.

I am not able to access my paided courses in LCO website. Getting the error "you can't access your course, please contact your admin". When I tried to contact via phone and email , email address is not active. No response via phone. Can someone advise ?
