The birds remind me of when I was younger and I used to go to a camp every year with my dad's side of the family and I'd wake up in our little cabin every morning to the birds chirping
The brushing and tapping is great for putting me to sleep and the birds create the sensation of waking up late in the summer making it just as uplifting as relaxing aka the recipe for a perfect sleep video for someone who might get anxious during a silent dark winter night (me lol)
