If anyone is curious, Nijisanji held qualifiers last week and the actual 3rd Nijisanji Mario Kart Cup is on the 26th. All finalists from last year’s Cup are seeded (automatically qualify) and Kanae is one of them (came 3rd last year).

So I went through english subbed clips of the previous nijisanji mario kart tournament, and the clips tend to have the hashtag in the description. That's how I find it, or you can wait for announcements from nijisanji's official twitter account (not entirely sure). I copied the qualifiers' stream: th-cam.com/video/s6JFLeSju48/w-d-xo.html so you can go there and take a quick preview. Just tap on the hashtag. This year's official tournament starts on December 26th, from what I know. Hope I helped.
