Impressive build as always. If you get the chance to build an M2 Bradley that would be great. Your attention to detail is what sets you apart from the other builders.
The irony is that a lot of people consider the Zvezda kits from the late 90s/early 00s to be iffy (basically cheap and cheerful, but with some serious QC problems), so you can imagine what an actual leap in quality they had for the same people to be praising them now :D By the way, if you think the T-62 looks great, look up the Panzer IV, Tiger I and the T-35 reviews on Scalemates and the like with the consensus seeming to be that the newer stuff (ie 36xx for 1/35th vehicles) is on par or better with Tamiya, but at a fraction of the cost. ie KV-1/KV-2 come with partial turret interiour (almost complete for the -1, less for the -2) hovering around 20Euros, while the equivalent "new tool" Tamiyas swap the turret detail for a figure and a 60Eur price tag.
@@zxbzxbzxb1 They sure look cool at least, but I did forgot to mention that Zvezda still make some really baffling decisions even in kits that I othewise love so doing some quick research helps avoid the surprises - ie the Ausf H has Zimmerit on the Schürzen (which apparently was rare, but it's easily seen on photos of the real tank), but none on the hull and turret, though it's easily fixed either by making your own, ordering a cheap PE/decal set for 10 bucks or in my case - not being bothered and building as is. Or the Mi-24P (at least the 1/72th) - fun and easy to build, but it can't actually be built as portrayed on the box art as it only comes with 2 unguided rocket pods, instead of 4. Now, that said, it's time to return to my previously scheduled 'Damn it, how many roadwheels does this bugger still have?!' part of a Tiger build at work (well, 2 builds, because my boss wants one too... gotta love '19'-era corporate IT)
Hi Dusan, the T62 looked absolutely fantastic, the paint/weathering turned out fantastic, I hope you have a great 2022, very best regards from Australia.
the idea of using tape to set the track shoes around the drive and idler sprockets is clever, i have built several AFV kits with individual track shoes and this has always been an issue, now i see a different way of thinking, thanks, and this is another one of your awesome builds
Another stunning build, the fun fact about this tank is that it was replaced by the T72s in early '80s, but the older T55 lasted more in service. P.s. a desert sand version of the Syrian army should've been included in the box, the ME versions are more colourful than the classic european ones
Nice job Dusan! I still need to build a tank with full interior. The without versions are just so tempting though. It did look like an easy assembly. Yes, I also prefer the aftermarket "steel" cables. Weathering came out great, thinning the fenders looks better than bending them up {IMO}. She'll look sweet on a dio. Congrats!
Impressive build as always, if you get the chance, you should give the P IV Ausf H and/or their T-35 a try as well ;) By the way, the 4BO green was replaced in the 50s with the Mr Hobby H136 supposedly being a match for it (at least going by Trumpeter's instruction manuals). That said, the colour is still accurate enough, because.. well, the quality control and/or tolerances and/or reaction the elements was so horrendous, the same 'protective green' could look like anything from sandy yellow all the way to near-black - in fact, there was a great picture on Reddit with BRDM's or MT-LB waiting for transport, with basically none being the same colour :D
Amazing work, great attention to detail and the painting and weathering are top notch. My only criticism is the color - seems way off? Thanks for the video, really enjoyed it 👍
Excellent build as always. Very impressive. Can we have a 1/48th Hobby Boss SU-34 Fullback next. I have one of these in my stash and I've been putting it off till I see someone else's build.
Great video, as always the technique at the service of excellence, I greatly admire your work as a modeller, I have learned a lot, despite taking time on this, however I have fun not only learning but also in the simplicity of your explanations, waiting for your next work.
Wonderful build Dusan! 1 question tho, at 13:45, when you brush painted the chipping medium, did you thin it with water or something? If you did , how much, thank you in advance, and sorry to bother.
I've been looking at this kit a little bit and was wondering if it's decent. I've built several of the Trumpeter T-62's (Trumpeter produces the best T-62 kits IMO currently.) And it looks ok for a Zvezda kit. Looks a lot better than their older stuff but still they're behind at offering what others do. Photo Etch grills etc. Also, the turret's steel texturing is much to be desired...some Tamiya surface primer G would come in handy here. Good job btw on your build.
Impressive build as always. If you get the chance to build an M2 Bradley that would be great. Your attention to detail is what sets you apart from the other builders.
Thank you very much! At the moment I don't have that kit. All the best!! Dusan.
😋
I bought several Zvezda models 20 years ago, remember being pleasantly surprised about how good quality they were. Good build and looks great 👍

Thats about 100 times better than the 40yo tamiya kit I have in the stash. Thanks for showing this one.
Maybe it's just me, but I also feel very strong improvement of the overall video quality. Those shots are just extremely pleasant to watch

Probably your best tank kit yet. Superb finish. Looking forward to the diorama.
Svaka čast, Dušane! Odlično je ispao!!

Your music selection for all your excellent videos are superb... 👍
An awesome build. Fantastic paint and weathering effects.
Looks like it has just broke through the Fulda gap on its way to the Rhine!
Excellent 😊
Stunning! Fantastic paint, utterly realistic.
Thank you for doing the build!
So much better than the box art. Fabulous job sir.
Very nice build! I would like to see more 1/72 planes. Those are my favorites!
I always look forward to seeing your build videos drop, it's always a pleasure to see the modelling skill on show!

Looks terrific. Just ordered this kit after watching. Thanks for all the work.
buy these zvezda kits up quick... i foresee them becoming ultra rare in coming months.
A pleasure to watch and ASMR right there. Great professional work.
Definitely a beautiful job in weathering looks like it seen some action out there on patrol 👍👍
Wow, looks fantastic, thanks for the video ... 😀
This is the one kit I really want from zvezda
Great work on this one!

Nice Build👍👍
Outstanding
Again nice build! Looks a fantastic kit too - If I ever build armor again it might be this one or a Sherman!
Wowww eres un maestro !!!!!!!!!

I love these builds
Hello fellow modeller
Zvezda, more bang for the buck.
WOW, GREAT!!
I love this model video how much was it thank u
*Nice result on this beautiful model, the T-62 isn't often built (in contrary of the T-55).*
That was because before zvezda's t-62 there was no good t-62 model on the market
Great job!

Nice model. It’s a shame that zvezda decided to launch t62 instead of unlimited possibilities of t54/55 family with that quality!
Great job Dusan! One of my favorite tanks! How does the Zvezda model compare to the Trumpeter?
Zvezda is much better, trumpeter's model is less detailed and very incorrect. Also zvezda is cheaper
@@Lancia_Delta_Integrale I just read the Zvezda kit blows away the Trumpeter. I will be getting that one!
That turret looks simply fantastic! But no decals on this one?
Did you dilute the MC-214 Dark Iron, or pour it straight from the can into the airbrush? For me, it clogs a 0.3 nozzle instantly ...

nice job! Disappointed in ZVezd'a lack of fuel line plumbing of the external tanks. Otherwise looks to be a good design
Great job👌
Excellent!!!
VERY NICE! But the tracks are too clean! LOL!.... Paint job on the turret is MASTER-LEVEL!
👍👍👍
Maravilloso!!!
I HAVE A TAMIYA 1/35 T-62 TANK AND I MAKE IT AS A NORTH KOREAN TANK. THEREFORE, IT IS A CHONMAHO
Very nice.
4:40 bgm name?
great build video
👍
Is it just me or does the shape of the turret look slightly wrong ? nice build .
With turret is all ok. Turret was 3d scanned
Of course Vallejo is too thick for airbrushing : )
Maybe add some pastels/chalk dust/mud effects?..... Looks like it was just washed! That's NOT a negative criticism, only an observation....
Neato!
Still waiting for a Bolo Mk. 24 .
India Russia Collaboration T 14 Armata Tank's Development Supply To Globally
Does anyone recognize music from the beginning?
🤝👌👏very-very👍
I would not have enjoyed being in the turret when that canon fired.
put a Z on it.
They don't use regular t62 in war they use only t62M
Why tf german gray plastic? whats wrong with green?
The worst kit I ever built was an IS2 from Zvezda
It needs the machine gun
All those moulded on handles is enough for me to avoid this kit.
So you are an assembler, not a modeler?
👍
❤
