You need retention wall and also RCC road. Otherwise this is very risky proposal. They buy at very cheap rate and then sell for quite unreasonable price..this is in interior..avoid the land..this is peaceful location like a cemetery..and there is no proper road..let the owner have the approach road (RCC) and retention wall for side road till the property.. before anybody consider this land..look at water source..donot fall for govt water supply ( you will only get connection but water only in rainy season..rest of the days tanker water). Donot be fooled by positive comments, as at times their own friends make great comments about the property.
