I was playing Genshin Impact when I had this feeling come over me and I was in tears and I didn't know why, but I felt comforted and safe and the words came into my head, "never let your love grow dim" and I thought to myself, "those words sound familiar, I think it's the words to a song I sang in choir or something before" and I ended up discovering it was a hymn that touched me when I was at church... man, I miss going to church and I think God is telling me to go and find a way to get there.

@reedeem11 I am a professional musician from new zealand, now living in japan. I understand what you are saying, as a pianist I have played for sooooo many peepz, and arranged music etc.. even some of the peeps that sing on the brown hymn book =) But first of all, this is not a hymn from the church hymn book, and there are many people that relate to this style of music. You can have a problem, thats up to you, but it's from the heart and a message for people that RELATE to this. missionary work
@ShesOutOfTheBox there are some albums of her still out there.. if u know any of the onevoice members u can ask em they all should have it.. i have one but..idk how to upload stuff on youtube lol

My dad taught me this song as a little girl it strengths my testimony of Jesus CHRIST and Heavenly Father.
When I was a missionary, I would play this song in the mornings before going out to do work and I couldn't fight back the tears each time I heard it.

Hey man, I hope you decide to come back, the Church needs you, we need you. But, its up to you to choose what you want to do. Have a good day.

THE BOG MOG TELLER good for you
I heard him come
I saw his very face
I wondered who
Would come into this place
Where dead men walk
And where the dying talk
Of life before
The curse upon them came
He looked on me;
He must have felt my gaze
He came toward me
Through the crowded maze
And I a leper in shame, hid my face
Till someone said, Jesus, is his name
And he said
Chorus:
Nations fall behind him,
the rivers crawl to find him
Mountains move
Just to let him through
Come and never leave him
Just let your heart believe him
Never let his light go
Never let your love grow dim
2nd Verse;
He fed a thousand
With one loaf of bread
I saw him raise
A child from the dead
He healed the sick
The blind saw his eyes
The lame man stood
And joyous were his cries
And he said:
Chorus:
Nations fall behind him,
the rivers crawl to find him
Mountains move
Just to let him through
Come and never leave him
Just let your heart believe him
Never let his light go
Never let your love grow dim
I heard him come bridge:
I saw his pain
As they nailed him to a cross
I wish that they
Could understand the cause
He looked on me
As he had once before
Saying, Teach my word
To all forever more
And I'll say:
Chorus:
Nations fall behind him,
the rivers crawl to find him
Mountains move
Just to let him through
Come and never leave him
(SLOW) Just BE-LIE-VE
(Slow down even more)
Never let his light go
Never let your love grow dim

THIS SONG IS ORIGINALLY CALLED #I HEARD HIM COME#
❤
1ST VERSE - 0:10
I heard him come
I saw his very face
I wondered who
Would come into this place
Where dead men walk
And where the dying talk
Of life before
The curse upon them came
-- instrumental
He looked on me;
He must have felt my gaze
He came toward me
Through the crowded maze
And I a leper
in shame, hid my face
Till someone said,
Jesus, is his name
And he said:
CHORUS - 1:20
Nations fall behind him,
the rivers cross to find him
Mountains move
Just to let him through
Come and never leave him
Just let your heart believe him
Never let his light go
Never let your love grow dim
2ND VERSE - 2:03
He fed a thousand
With one loaf of bread
I saw him raise
A child from the dead
He healed the sick
The blind saw his eyes
The lame man stood
And joyous were his cries
And he said:
CHORUS - 2:35
Nations fall behind him,
the rivers cross to find him
Mountains move
Just to let him through
Come and never leave him
Just let your heart believe him
Never let his light go
Never let your love grow dim
BRIDGE (KEYCHANGE) - 3:16
I heard him come
I saw his pain
As they nailed him to a cross
I wish that they
Could understand the cause
He looked on me
As he had once before
Saying, Teach my word
To all forever more
And I'll say:
CHORUS (KEYCHANGE) - 3:52
Nations fall behind him,
the rivers crawl to find him
Mountains move
Just to let him through
Come and never leave him
Just BE-LIE-VE
Never let his light go
Never let your love grow dim
