"Fun fact" but Siyeon (the one in purple hair) es the "official" main vocalist. Yoohyeon (orange hair) is the lead vocalist alongside Jiu (dark hair with brown outfit). The other 4 are sub vocalist and 6 out of the 7 members can do the high notes flawless hahaha (Siyeon is in hiatus due to health so the other members cover her parts, including her high notes). Dreamcatcher is an incredible group, u should check this song and see the other members doing amazing with the vocals as well ♥

I don't think Dreamcatcher follows the sub or lead positions anymore. They've been giving all the girls more lines, even Sua gets more high notes. And they let Yoohyeon do more dance spots with Sua and Dami.
I think all 7 can do the high notes and it's proven when Handong & SuA covered Siyeon's parts when she was in hiatus during this promo.

Not only does dreamcatcher have some of the coolest choreos and good vocals but they are hands down the funniest idols ever, they are fucking crazy and have 0 filter, they are the only idols that have to make a real effort not to swear everytime, and their small company doesn't even care. The only Kpop GG that i like along with Nmixx.

That’s right Dreamcatcher appreciation 🤘😩. Siyeon (with the purple hair) is the main vocal. If I’m not mistaken she was the lead singer in a rock band with some friends before deciding to become a kpop idol.
Yup. Vocalist for a rock band while she was still in High School. She's absolutely built for Music. :)
Siyeon is a beast of a main vocalist and lives to flex live. From super high kicks smack dab in the middle of extended high notes to belting higher and longer during live shows than the backing track just to prove a point, she's really unhinged levels of amazing. Add to that the fact that she is one of the strongest stage performers in the industry.
Unfortunately she is on a hiatus for health reasons and skipped the post release promotions for the comeback. This means that Handong (girl that was a little lost) is doing her first chorus part and Sua (brown dress) is doing her final chorus high notes. Obviously they're trying their best and doing a great job but you can just tell the differencr between what makes her a main. Like in the dancear live Siyeon is singing the final highnotes live perfectly while still going all out with the choreo while Sua has to ease up on the choreo and isnt as clean with the high notes. But the fact that almost all of them did the high notes (minus Dami who also has a super high note in shadow) is just iconic.
I personally consider Yoohyeon (the redhead) the second main vocalist of the group because of how good she is. She tends to panic easily but she has one of the prettiest voices I have ever heard.
Siyeon definitely is one of the best singers in Korea, her and Dreamcatcher as a whole are too underrated, they deserve so much more

If theres any group that deserves a pod episode, it's dreamcatcher. If you want to be impressed, watch siyeon (the main vocal) cover overdose by exo. One of the best vocal displays I've ever seen.
You should really listen to some of Dreamcatcher's B Sides. The are such a wonderful, talented, versatile group.

Finally you guys react to them... Dreamcatcher has been the best group and they have many songs performed with the live band at It's live (they also have a few concerts with live bands), you should check them all out and do a complete Dreamcatcher week. They are worth every second of your reaction. Too many great songs. Especially B-sides. Even covers LOL
I would LOOOVE a podcast episode for Dreamcatcher especially because their bsides are so good, it's a shame not many people know about them

9:44 They had a hard time gaining popularity in Korea, mostly people outside of Korea helped them grow enough to actually be recognized by the korean audience. Their CEO was smart and focused on the foreign market, doing tour in Europe, America, etc...

About them sounding better live than in the MV, I agree, I went to their concert and I will never forget that day (I was blessed).

It's very hard for a girl group not from the Big 3 (now 4) to make it, especially when Dreamcatcher and their failed former group Minx debuted. The fact Dreamcatcher carved their own path and drew international fans is the reason they've survived as long as they have. The members are amazingly talented.
LITERAL VOCAL QUEENS!! Every single girl in this group can sing!! Including the main rapper! Most groups have like 1 power vocal and maybe a second lead vocal, but not Dreamcatcher. They can all sing their asses off!!! ❤❤❤❤❤
Dreamcatcher was actually the first kpop girlgroup that toured in Europe! Or at least they were one of the first and they did so while still beimg rookies. So yeah, they're definitely part of a niche that's well appreciated by western fans.

You guys should check out more Dreamcatcher! Siyeon’s and the whole gorups’s vocals are insane, they all covered Siyeon’s parts since she was missing sadly from the promotion! Sua the main sancer was singing her lines, and also did a Danceear 1thek preformance where their vocals are very raw! They are my ults, hope yall react to them more!
Dreamcatcher's discography is amazing. They're know for their rock sound and they also releases great b-sides. Despite of their signature rock type sounding, this group releases one of the best BALLADS in Kpop.

They always do a great job with their It's live performances, they've been on the program 7 times now, I think.
While this is their 10th mini album, they also have 2 special mini albums, 2 single albums, and 2 full albums, as well as a handful of Japanese albums.
Id love to see you guys dive deeper into their music. They've got a gorgeous ballad from this new album that is stunning and has lots of 2 and 3 part harmonies. It's called Fireflies.
You guys should react to full Dreamcatcher Virtuous Album too. All the songs in the album are super fantastic, Two Rings, Stømp, and Fireflies.

Love your reaction! There is a video of Dreamcatcher themselves reacting to Justice which is good to watch. Towards the end Sua can't hold back the tears. Like a Lot of tears. That made me deep dive into the years of content just those two have produced together. The whole group has a special and extremely tight bond with each other but those two are ten steps above that. I can see why Siyeon not being there is like cutting a leg off to Sua. I guess I just wanted to get across just how special I think Siyeon is. I hope for her healthy, happy, and safe return.
