No, The argument of Pedro is not correct. The Tax law provide that any income from any source whether legal or illegal is considered as taxable income. Pedro being income earner as Filipino citizen he is subjected to file an income tax return because he does not fall with the exception provided by law. Great question! No., kasi within 30 days from receipt of decision assuming it was received within the 60-day period.
