There is no excuses! His visit to the Argentina embassy was a few days later he went to Narobi. Every TH-camr made an effort to support with the exception of Marwa. May your sister soul RIP. For me, since she was such a closed person, he could easily request to postpone the the appointment to another day and be right there in the ceremonies. Should he be ill, what could he do?
