the financier strat would be really useful if you're doing ironman legend mixed, and infiltrator failed financier stealth. It would lure the guards to you so the juggernauts can do their job quicker, and you'd be safe from bullets. Overall pretty nice strat.

i do that but i just place a lockpick there and not picking it up and opening the metal detector door to lure them then just hide and they'll pick up the lockpick then they will realize the door is open and they will close it and once they get off the radio you can take them out safely

Its good but i recommend bringing a microcam place it on one if those grey boxes and shoot the wall reception area thing for elite and legend
