Remember the good old days when engines were easy to work on, loads of room around them and you could even see the ground under the engine bay???? It's an ordeal just removing stuff to get at the part you actually want to work on with modern engines.

Whats your opinion on diesel additives into tank.
Additive description says cleans injectors, fuel lines, soot and so on.

the EGR is a serviceable item, these HDI 1.4 & 1.6 are a nightmare to get to the EGR, I had a landrover with a BMW engine the EGR was right in front of you, two bolts and it was off, took 5 minutes to take it off so it could be cleaned properly in the kitchen sink, Citroen's designers are not mechanics that's for sure, probably computer whizzkid who never done an oil change. . .

It's deliberately done so you have to take it back to them.

WITH WHAT TORQUE IN Nm? tighten the EGR pins BECAUSE I TAKE CARE OF THIS - AS SOMEONE WOULD OFFER 12 Nm for the tightening torque?

Hi there
My berlingo throws an engine check light when it gets colder and once warmer it goes off. Any ideas. Performance with no issues despite the eml. The only code is PO243 turbo solenoid wastgate A to low.
Any suggestions please?

I got a P2413 fault.code! Changed new egr, relearned with ecu. 10mins of running same code throws up??

When you clean the valve , do you not clean the pipe going back to the inlet manifold?
