With prices like those, my last look at JCPenny is similar, except better, because you can use coupon codes and print coupons there to bring prices lower and they have a boat load of more options! Walmart may have better quality than before - but not all of their items - but they have priced themselves out of the market for many "deals." cost-effective-wise.

Love the dotted Swiss top....the first blue shirt and blazer BUT those pants did not look good with that outfit!! Perhaps a white pair of slacks would've made that shirt POP!
None of those items are appropriate for my office, except the striped shirt.
