what do you expect? sure under tuchel they started doing great and now won the cl BUT they can still improve, they only got 4th in the league and in the cl had some luck aswell and aside from kante dont have any standout player. EA will know that and therefor wont give them crazy ratings. there have been teams in the past winning more getting rekt by EA like bayern munich for years even tho they won the cl in 12/13.
