Built back in the early 1800's, these super strong minature forts were designed to repel possible invasions - but now this Tower, at Jaywick in Essex, provides wide views across the Essex North Sea coast, and the inside gives a great insight into its original construction and subsequent history.
At just £1 admission fee, its a great little place to visit.
