At this point I really wasn't sure if I wanted Iwa to take the point or Karasuno to defend because this was amazing

Is one of the best lines I have heard in all of animes that I have watched...
It is an excellent line but what makes it so much more impactful is the scene he pulls off a crazy set with total disregard for his safety. Then falling into a table and slipping on the table cloth while trying to get back up and sprinting back to the court he says the line. It is a very good line but it’s the fact that oikawa not only believes it but he lives it that makes it so meaningful. He is a true competitor and one of the best antagonist I have ever seen in an anime. I think one of the reasons haikyuu is so great is that their opponents are very well developed and have depth. The writer makes them likable and shows you why they are so great and worthy opponents and it makes it that much more satisfying when karasano wins

@@kouider2657 Well said. Without Oikawa in this show, i truly believe the anime's first trilogy seasons wouldn't be as hype and good as it is. The rivalry he set on the Karasuno boys is what pushed them to grow stronger past their limits. The impact he made was just so remarkable. He was not only an extremely great player but his character is also very human in nature. He's my favorite enemy player in Haikyuu, that's for sure!

Finally! One of the best episodes in the series where we all felt the desperation of both teams. Both teams are talented and both deserves to win! 😭 The characters in this show are so well made that i cry everytime a team loses. Thank you so much for the video!
God, the final set being identical to S1 but this time showing Kageyama & Hinata's growth & skills is so satisfying.

Furudate is a fucking genius, they actually made me root for both teams at the same time. I was so freaking happy and proud when Iwa hit that toss from Oikawa. I felt abaolutely happy and sad at the same time when the game ended, what a masterpiece moment
