Use steaks and have better armor/spare set! Focus the primary targets and don't run too much.. That wyvern needs to die fast in last round pretty easy once it's killed :) just trial and error!

Just an FYI, consuming medical brews while under the effect of enduro stew will NOT heal you, they are simply wasted. If you need quick heals stick with just medical brews, enduro does slow heal over time. Enduro otherwise only gives you + melee dmg so not worth in a gun fight. I find it amusing that the in game description of endro and lazarus are still mixed up in a game that's been out this long.
its easy to solo these btw. Just find a spot to climb up to and camp there. The more protected the better. I found a little ledge up on the side of the cliff for this one and just crouched there with a shotty.
@@gasstation8647 Nah, soloing isn't too bad if you have good armor from other missions. You only kill like 90 dino's solo but it went up to 300+ when I tried with a friend.

Did a campaign with a friend on his dedicated server and we killed like 330 dino's with just two of us. Broken armor, few deaths, multiple tries. Only completed it once.

So I found out something neat on single player and I hope it works for you on your server. Tamed a high level basilisk and found out the acid spit doesn't have damage falloff when doing the Alpha difficulty hunt missions. It was hitting for 15X what my melee hit for. Just leveled HP a ton and melee a good bit. Can anyone else confirm this?
ik its not the mission ur doing, but bog beatdown is ez solo if u learn to aim with the bow and have good speed and hp. I have 400 weight, and most of my other points into 240 hp and 150 speed. Just carry stimulant and cooked meat and its the easiest beta mission ever
Man i thought that gauntlet was broken, heard some horror stories about it.... like never ending waves, glad you guys were able to accomplish it. Also single player a lot of these missions are just undoable, i havent seen much difference between single and server.
doing these gauntlets on gamma and beta solo is actually not that hard lol you dont lose stamina while playing them, pump a load of movement speed, health and run around with a bow or something so you can jump, shoot and keep running, alpha is like impossible tho lol

You know you can upload a dino before hand then download the dino while ur in the mission that's how you do the gauntlet mission on alpha

Can confirm they do scale to the amount of players in the mission you guys killed like 350 in total i only had to kill 81.
The rocket launcher is great for clearing hordes of enemies and it's just fun to blow stuff up

yeah its really not that hard, Ive noticed these missions get MUCH harder if you have more people, soooo much better to do them solo, less enemies etc
