As much as I do agree with wearing your pants in your boots there are times when you don't want to do that. Like when it's raining. Otherwise all the water running down your legs will end up in your boost, and if you ever stepped in a puddle with your shoes and gotten a soaker you will know except how that feels especially when riding a bike. :)
Hi Doodle, Revzilla reaching out to you was a smart move, because this could be a video on how to showcase riding gear, your professionalism shows throughout this video with so much lovely gear to show, all with great detail from your, having worn, experience, and the fact that they look so good on you is a huge factor
Oh my gosh Doodle is a LIFESAVER!! I’ve been looking for women riding jeans for about 3 months now along with other gear for women like jackets. Those spidi jeans are PERFECT FOR ME! Thank you! Your’re making every riders journey safer and easier with your knowledge and input.
And again you've done a service for me. My wife is smaller than you, like child size. I've been harping about riding again which was about 20 years before her and she doesn't ride, never has and she's afraid. Showing her your video helps immensely. First because you're female and accomplished. Thanks Doodle, Grand Pop.
Just wanted to say thank you so much for all of this info. It's great to watch your videos. They're honest and straight to the point. I'm really grateful for the description box too. Your efforts are insanely appreciated.
This was awesome! I had such a tough time this year with women’s clothing! I must have sent back 20 pairs of jeans/leggings 😂😂 I LOVE the pair with the zippers for the armor on the outside - definitely going to see if I can snag one! Great video!
I knew an ad photographer, he did work for corporations, careerist would bring him an electric toothbrush, they had no ideas, just wanted some nice pictures. Drove him crazy. You do the testing, the photography, the modeling, the makeup, you know how to relate to the bike, you have a cool bike, I for one trust what you say, so I hope Revzilla and other vendors share their success with you, and the sales numbers pre and post Doodle.
Nice diplay of outfits especially the Dainese outfit. Have you seen the Daytona lady pilot boots, mild heel lift give a look and see what you think. The gentlemans ride jacket looks really chic.
Someone needs to make a video on tips and tricks to using the restroom with all this gear on, just try pulling your pants down with motorcycle boots and knee armor, what a PITA, sure doesn't give you much working room. When you mentioned the removable knee armor that's what made me think of this. Lol.
I just bought the Highway 21 Raidiant Heated Gloves. They work great. It took me a minute to get used to wearing bulky gloves on my bike, but they're really warm and toasty. Great for riding in really cold weather...the kind of weather where your hands go numb after 10 minutes in your normal gloves.
Lol! Hi Doodle, I saw this when it first was posted and showed it to grandma. "Why are you showing me a video of this woma.......oooh! I like thaaat. Hold on! I'm looking at these clothes, do you miiind??" So, it's off to Revzilla...
I just bought a wax Merlin jacket. It is really warm. I have rode in 34 degree weather without the liner and it was enough, but i do love cold weather. Theyre expensive but worth it.
Not a female, but I was a bit bummed that there wasn't a mens version of those Spidi jeans. The removable knee armor had my attention. Currently ride with some Vega pants over what I'm wearing for the day. Been good from 38 deg to 90 deg (if I'm moving).
I have a Joe Rocket jacket that came with some cheesy back armor. I replaced it with Force Field back plate. Expensive but highly rated. They make armor for most jackets and pants.
Did you ever look into the Reax brands of motorcycle gear Doodle? I purchased my first jacket Reax from Cycle Gear. It's a mesh jacket with waterproof liner.
I have a question. I really love motorcycles but I also go hiking and stuff. I want to fit my leather jacket and pants into a backpack. Which one should I get. Also is it ok to fold the jackets arms over the body and leather pants knees. (The way humans do) Love ur vids, tho wish I had some friends to go riding when i get my bike
Great video! I saw in one of your videos where you recommended the female equivalent for boots. I like the style of boots you are wearing, as they seem suitable for street and all around riding. So, I am trying to locate that information that you put out there on boots. Thanks
Not sure what you mean - but I link to everything in the description or you can find links on my website like this page www.doodleonamotorcycle.com/summer-gear-triumph-dainese (scroll down for men’s equivalents)
Great video! My wife is tall, 5'11", and has very long legs. (And arms, for that matter.) It's always a challenge getting clothes to fit well and riding gear is REALLY tough. It would be helpful to anyone who's preferred fit is on one extreme or the other to know if gear you are trying runs big, or small, or has extra length in the legs or sleeves, or if a brand has any particularly helpful sizing variations like petite/tall, etc. It's also helpful for reference if we know your general sizing, too. But I know that can get too personal, too. Even if you are an official "Moto-Model" now! Keep up the good work, we both look forward to every video.
Nah not personal that stuff is helpful - I’m short so the brands I’ve gone for have been for that - but I do know panda moto jeans and draggin drayko were so long I’ve had to fold almost 6 inches up!
As a short dude 5' 6.5", I find the men's pants to be either too small waist or too long legs. Have they done a better job for you ladies? Your comment about knee armor os helpful for everyone trying to find ptotection.
As a couple who rides (since 2000) I am curious what your husband will ride and the dynamics of that. We have found a way to keep it fun without danger or sponsers. We just like to ride. The only group rides I do is with my wife or a good friend. I usually distance myself from both. I have witnessed too many deaths of other riders, Doodle. Sorry for the bummer but I am really so glad you get to ride for a living! Just stay alive, girl. Edit: that is the goal in riding. Keep the bike and yourself able to ride the next day. And all of them as we have left. That is the race winner!
I like your hair. It's pretty! I bought myself for my birthday a brand new 2021 Piaggio BV 350 Touring. It weighs 380 pounds. It's like riding a automatic motorcycle. It's in a cool grey.I paid cash cause my Mom died and left me life Insurance. It cost very little for motorcycle insurance. If I was a female I would buy your product.God made me a man.And right now I couldn't be happier. In the morning I'm going to the beach. To break in the brakes and tires! This is so cool.I haven't ridden a bike since September 2013.Hooah! \m/\m/It's good it has ABS brakes and traction control and it's mine. All paid off out the door! It's good your happy and I'm happy!Life is beautiful and fun and I'm back in the game!!!
It looked like you opened up a package with Pando Moto riding jeans at the beginning of the video. Did you not end up liking them? Or will we see them later in another video?
@@DoodleOnAMotorcycle Curious, as I actually just ordered a pair of Pando Motos, did you order your correct size and they were too small? That euro sizing can be a trick! Now I’m worried I may get some that are too small too! Hahaa
My wife is 4.10 tall, nearly impossible to get quality motorcycle gear that fits properly. I'm 6.2 and I have absolutely no problems except European sizing is very tricky.
What happens if i dont tuck my pants into my boots? I see you from costa rica. I enjoy seeing your videos even i dont understand everything coz my english is not good enough
Hey ma'am! Could you pleaaasee tell me which winter riding jackets are comfortable because the ones that I got were both so stiff and I want to be warm but be able to move without restrictions.. I'm scared to get another one because I've already returned two :(
Great advice about tucking pants into your boots especially if you stop on side of the road for a photo shoot or break and you discover by accident that you stopped next to fire ants or you step on their home. Ha ha ha but also prevents pants getting chewed up by the chain...
Just sent a dm fwiw. Thanks for the video. Super excited about the gear videos, and I’m a guy lmao. I would love you to review men’s gear too, just go over it with a detailed eye and point out differences you can’t see in online photos etc. anyway just an idea
That’s actually closer to the “size table” Companies stock sizes like mine in much lower numbers, and some dealerships not at all, because they simply don’t sell. One company I want to work with doesn’t make my size at all, but they’re willing to make it custom
@@DoodleOnAMotorcycle Well, we spent whole summer looking and local dealer was trying to help calling some manufacturers she worked with. No success. 34J bra size. Either too tight in the chest area or too loose around the belt and on the back. Apparently lingerie models aren't the usual target unless they're plus size. She takes all her clothes to a tailor but with protective gear it's impossible. Busty people problems.

You can cut the Icon armor down to fit the smaller pocket.
Didn’t think about cutting it 😅
