Puro sosyal mga tao. The resto is pricy but good food not affordable. The staff is very friendly, I think SMDC corporation has good handling their staff, but I’m upset that most facility is close early and if peak season the shuttle service is always full.

This is a two hour drive and the condos are nice but in b13 theres a rotting bird on the balcony also the condo wifi sucks but its fun yo go there i recomend it
For the 2nd. time i've visited this resort, ang daming wall cracks sa mga residential condo units na makikita from 2nd. floor hanggang sa taas na floor areas, may be due to recent earthquake events. I'm not sure kung naayos na nila ang mga yun. 😇

Im worried about internet connection/mobile data signal here. Is it at least a stable 5mbps download speed? May decent signal po ba ang globe?
The free WiFi of the hotel is decent. It was enough for my TH-cam needs. For Globe’s data signal, yes. It was strong too. I just don’t have exact figures though. But the internet speeds was enough for streaming, social medias, TH-cams, etc.
Does it need to have a membership before anyone can come here?
Hi! No, not at all! You can book through a hotel at their Pico Sands Hotel. No other fees added.
But since a lot of condo unit owners have their units listed at Airbnb, you can book there too. It could be cheaper than the hotel but you’ll have to pay for an additional entrance fee of P800-1,200 per head before you can go in.

Depending on the season, some rooms can go as low as 2,000 per night, to about 8,000. Of course this would also depend on the rooms. But on the average it should be around 3-4k per night for a 1 bedroom unit. Also check out their hotel (Pico Sands Hotel). They have great deals sometimes, and most of all, they don't require you to pay for an entrance fee anymore (depends sa number of pax). Sa Airbnb kasi may entrance fee pa.

Sa Airbnb kasi talagang per head yung entrance fee. Mas mahal lang sa hotel so try to compute kung san kayo mas makakatipid since included na nga yung entrance.
