I think first you have to give the idea of needed manpower for certain items. Labor productivity will change as per the item's nature. For example in foundation concrete the labor cost will be less as compared to the columns concrete. Similarly in the form work the labor productivity will vary between slab work and column or RCC wall form work. So better to explain the required labor for famous structure jobs rather than giving a general idea. Prayers for you
