i would like to transfer all incoming calls to a external mobile number . this is to be done when we leave the office rather than use a answer machine . how do we do this .
How about to have two different accounts which means two different servers to get calls and dials from them one time with one of them at the same time. Is this possible in that scenario?
How do i have my phone display the call that is parked? I have a pager, however, is there a way to have the extension number show on my display? I am not the switchboard. thanks!
Time and Date are both set from the phone switch and can be changed with the sv software if needed. I would suggest you use the settings to automatically setup for daylight savings time.
The headset volume can be adjusted by picking up the handset and pressing up on the circular button where redial is located. For incoming calls the volume has to be adjusted when the phone is ringing , it is adjusted also by pressing up on the circular button.

if someone dials my extension from another office and i want to put them on speaker, do i have to hit the mic button? should it be lit when active.
I would suggest leaving the mic button on just in case you want to use your speaker phone. The red light will be on when it is active.

I am not the phone expert, I was just taking a video of our tech who set up the phones.
Numbers have to be registered in the software for your function keys.
