THANK YOU! Recovery is scary and hard but always love following all 3 of your channels and am grateful that while on bed rest I have these videos to watch! Make me have hope and a smile and laugh for once again in life! Amidst all the hardship I am facing! Thank you all. (Even if you never read this I hope somehow you get my thanks!)

That fart is totally relatable in gymnastics! That totally happened to me once in class, with my coach standing there. He totally took it in stride, and we both got a good laugh out of it.
