Ive been battling my eating disorder and struggling after being Inpatient for 14 months and now home and struggling a lot and was super down, and found this video and literally have not laughed in forever and this you three truly made my night! THANK YOU! Recovery is scary and hard but always love following all 3 of your channels and am grateful that while on bed rest I have these videos to watch! Make me have hope and a smile and laugh for once again in life! Amidst all the hardship I am facing! Thank you all. (Even if you never read this I hope somehow you get my thanks!)

I’m only guessing but I’d say Ellis left because Nile was gone, I’d say Nile is his main “employer” (I know their friends but he does employ him) and there was no need for him while Nile was away but now that Niles back, maybe Ellis may be too?? That fart is totally relatable in gymnastics! That totally happened to me once in class, with my coach standing there. He totally took it in stride, and we both got a good laugh out of it.

LMAO This was definitely entertaining. Joanna isn't really doing a backflip. She's doing a back handspring without her hands (a whip). A flip causes a person to land in nearly the same spot. Ash, Luke and Nile were doing actual backflips. I can do a back handspring lower than I can a true backflip. I think that's why hers was lower. The guys were definitely a lot lower when they started doing whips instead of backflips as well. All the chip bag noises and whatnot had me laughing way harder than I should have been for some reason! LOL

So many synchronicities. There's a gymnastics competition of me in a straddle jump during my floor routine. I had broken my toes in warm ups, by hitting them on the low bar. First giant attempt lol. First time I touched the bar. LOL. Warm up all events, compete all events kind of competition. I competed the competition thinking my toes were just sore. I got 2nd place all around lol. But in the picture of the straddle jump, my teammates, mostly white, were all chatting and talking. Usually teammates are cheering like ash's world record video...the cheering helped that extra oomph, right? Only the black teammate was watching or paying attention. She was my best friend. Had sleepovers, hung out, etc. That girl motivated me. Pray shes doing well. So I had drawn a vision board of me and ....? lol. I have no interest in dating but somehow my vision board sees the house, kids, pets, etc. And I drew a heart around it. But the heart has angel wings. And, recently in my spiritual scavenger hunt hobby collecting random signs that come across my path...."I hit a wall"....and I have made a drawing with the walls had collapsed in on me. And...it would be impossible to explain, but...."don't let daddy's business fail." Honestly I think more .. Okay can't make this up...a tow truck just pulled up pulling a wrecked car...with 508 in the phone number... I think those last little things are more personal signs for my life over here in America....but maybe there are parallels "Ashes to ashes we all fall down" Anyway point is...wish you success in your business...esses? 😊 Ps: thing about broken toes "What if Briggs steps on Andy's toes?" As I write this from a homeless shelter....I don't want pitied. but I was sitting in the same spot on the porch sidewalk where I always sit...and everyone knows I clean up my ashes...pun? Anyway...former gymnast turned cigarette smoker, not proud of it, but hey back injury instead of the scholarship..."normal part of life" for a gymnast.... All of a sudden she has to sweep my toes? "I'm just doing my chores man". Can't melt into the wall to make myself any smaller. After my father's punched through my bedroom door ....I would kinda like to at least own the space my body takes up. Eh is what it is. Just toes and ashes and wings and synchronicities. In my bedroom at the shelter, i have something someone made me on the wall. Her name was Cheera...coincidence? And she wrote in red and blue. Which are warpath's colors in the x-men comics. My floor music was called War. From the Rocky movies. Which is funny because sometimes I sit in the steps in the alley by the church, just to be away from the people in the shelter. Because...just like gymnastics... It's all about mental 💪. Can tell yourself it feels like jail Or you can tell yourself it feels like a college dorm room. I sit by myself in the same place every day. Focus on the progressions. Pick yourself up after injuries and try again. And again. And again and again and again lol. I don't know if you prefer ash or Ashley but because of the synchronicity....I don't mean any offense But hey I started a new job that actually pays pretty well, and maybe I'll make it out alive lol.
