Love this interview! This is why we need more black women therapists! We need to be able to relate to our therapists and feel comfortable to express ourselves and they also need to be able to relate to us! I hope they both get to grieve and get their mental health together!

Yesss it broke my heart when Megan said she hasn’t grieved her mom yet. This is why I feel like labels should really enforced therapy sessions. I get it’s not for everyone but I still feel like you need that outside person with no biases
