I think the level design in the games are better than the original games, the originals were basically just hallways due to that being the only real way they could make the game. This game has you actually explore more than just straight ahead or side scroller and it makes the world more interesting without making it too open world like twinsanity tried to be. The world feels nice and populated with new things to see without being too open and too empty. I think the art style is a downgrade but I love the expressiveness of the characters, easily better than modern and past crash. I think the new character of nina is great, it feels like a character that would exist in that world. But I think the whole titan gimmick is lame, I think they should've done it DMC style where you fight this huge big bad boss and afterwards you permanently unlock that boss ability as its own weapon.

One thing this game nails I see no one talking about is the vibes it had going for it, the levels and setpieces were amazing. Being able to see Uka tree or the Doominator from far away was something else. It's a nice game to stop and take in the views. Is it a bad Crash game? Perhaps. Maybe titans shouldn't have been a Crash game, who knows. But it's holds on its own, and it doesn't overstay its welcome. I appreciate we got it.
Hell yeah!
Always a treat to see a new Crash retrospective...Even if we are now getting to a low point in the bandicoot's life lol
Can I ask a question? What is that gameplay you kept showing during some sections of the game? Looked like Crash for PS1 but you were playing as Coco, and going through vastly different levels from any of the games I know of.
That's the Crash fan game "Crash back in Time"
“Ugghh.. Girls..” Mood. 😂
What’s with the Coco game playing in the background?
Crash Back in Time.
Video title should’ve been “titanic mistake” and not monstrous mistake
I really enjoyed playing the demo of this!
(No, i never played the full game)
1:02:25 true just look at the opening of episode 14 that something so beautiful
Poor man's werehog
Thank you so much. I thought this was canceled!
Nope lol, it's finally here. I hope you enjoy it!
I compared tattoo Crash games to the Sonic Boom games. You should review them.
Very nice
One of my favorite crash games the art is so whimsical and magical and not bad game overall
Oh and the next game they made isn't any better either!
23:13 LMAO
I enjoyed titans in gba back then, but maybe cuz I was a kid.
Titans DS is legit good tho. Underrated and the true crash 4 until crash 4 came out imo.
1:05:00 Based
Pretty much the game tried to pull off a Rayman 2.
CotT was kinda boring tbh, the main gimmick really did not add much.
@@CerealKiller i thought it was very average.
@@Teh69thSpartan It's incredibly Mid yes, as a Beat 'em Up failed completely, it was way too simplistic. As much as peopel complained about the werehog stages in Sonic Unleashed, at least SEGA actually understood how to make combat interesting.
@@CerealKiller tbf Sega is fairly familiar with combat games such as Virtua Fighter, Yakuza and Shenmue.
Dude, its a kid game what do you expect about COMPLEXETIVE move set
You're not really gonna use the "It's a kids game" cop out to justify it not being more interesting are you? lol
if you enjoy the game that's fine, but it being a game targeted at all ages has nothing to do with the quality of the gameplay.
@@DylantheKnightOwl well it’s not a tekken game as you wish to, people just blaming over every small thing and can’t accept changes
I never compared it to Tekken, I compared it to Devil May Cry and God Hand both of which are in the same genre as Crash of the Titans.
and no I gladly accept changes that are well done, I don't think they're well done at all in this game gameplay wise.
@DylantheKnightOwl ur reason with COMPLEXIVE combat makes u look like a nerd complaining about everything, and btw it is developed for kids, so a reason more to criticize you 🤦♂️
@@kakashivuitton3258 why do you guys keep writing the word "Complex" wrong? Lmao.
I always wonder how embarrassed TH-camrs are when they look back at all the cringey stuff they did (this entire channel for example)
LMFAOO
Look back to your past, there's probably more embarrassing things there than on every video here on craptube
Why are you so emotional over this?
I just came to drop a dislike, out of alllll the videos the algorithm recommends this ffs.
Lmao cool
Could've just ignored it and go back to whatever garbage you watch, y'know
Lfg bb
THIS GAME IS SO UGLY OML
Can you please stop using the r slur? It's offensive and dated.
Or how about you mind your own business instead
11:12 Do y'all deliberately forgetting about the first two Hulk games that was developed by Radical Entertainment, the second one which actually was a prototype to Prototype. But no, y'all always remembering overated by it's nostslgia Simpsons: $Hit and Run... RIP Radical Entertainment, but that game was by far their weakest work.
There were Hulk games?
