Actually, channeling refers to cutting the stock floor and lowering the body over it, and patching it back up around the stock uncut framerails. It achieves a lowered body but a completely different process with unique challenges. Such as an uneven floor surface, loss of headroom, seat fabrication, and on and on. The way I've done it. Only my transmission and driveshaft tunnel need modifying
