It should be more like 'what color am I (reflected) in your eyes?' as in wondering how does this other person see you or what do they think of you. Literally it's even more complex and would be something like 'what color am I, who is reflected in your eyes, seen?' but that doesn't sound that good in English lol. Anyway, the main point here is that everything that comes before ボク is modifying it and that changes the meaning.
