I made this cake, but I made a Nutella ganache instead. The cake is heavenly and a huge hit with the kids and hubby 😍🥰 making it again today, 3rd time in 2 months. 😁
@@puneshasankar mix heavy cream and Nutella together. Plenty of recipes online. Warm up heavy cream in the microwave then add Nutella. Mix and voila Nutella ganache is ready. 😁
Thanks for the recipe I made the cake and it is delicious not too sweet but I used the Italian crema gianduia which is the real hazelnut cream from Italy and it came out moist and delicious instead of Nutella frosting I made a whipped cream with bits of chocolate waffles and then I added crushed chocolate waffles on top. I bake my cakes in a 350’ degree oven for 50 minutes. Thanks again for the recipe from my kitchen to your keep on baking!

Keep whipping it. It gets runny after you add butter and additional ingredients but with a little extra patience and once youve followed a good recipe, Swiss buttercream firms back up to a nice spreadable consistency.
I never got Swiss merengue no matter they say keep whipping. I finally found a recipe using no heat so pasteurized egg from in the supermarket n I finally made it just add butter very slowly until incorporated

Looks so good! Thanks for sharing. Makes me think of a 'un- red' velvet cake with Nutella frosting. ( Can't stand the idea of red food coloring.)

250ml milk+ 1tbsp of lemon juice
Used 1 cup of milk plus 1 tablespoon of lemon juice or vinegar and let sit for 5 minutes hope this tip bit was helpful.
