You could just say i do not consent to a field sobriety test because of a sprained ankle or whatever. A vague medical reason like that is enough to make the test more worthless than it is.
If you notice, the cop gaslights the driver by claiming he failed to follow instructions that were never given. The cop is delusionally immersed in a parallel reality where the driver is intoxicated, and the disgusting part is that he can leverage his authority to force his psychosis onto innocent people. It would be impossible to prove any of this in a legal setting without a recording, which is the most horrifying part imo.
Everyone should know that is is not a crime to refuse to do a Field Sobriety Test. The only reason that cops demand a FST is performed is to bolster their lies and bullshot, by claiming that the FST was failed and that was why the citizen was arrested. Most sober citizens would fail a FST and if the cop extends the FST or makes it more demanding than normal then that person is going to fail.
"Is it my luscious locks? Are you jealous?" and "I'll make out with you right now bro, I swing both ways" not even 2 minutes in and this guy is a freaking legend.
@CantTellYou funny, in my opinion, that was the ONLY thing he said that was kind of iffy... it could definitely be considered sexual harassment, especially in today's climate lol. But that kid was amazing, and knew his rights pretty well!
I hated how the cops could harass that young man for over an hour, making him do a sobriety test, even breath testing him and still deciding to arrest him. Disgraceful conduct.
I was DD for a group of friends one night and I got pulled over driving everyone home. I was sober and the cop made me stand on one leg with my head back for 45 seconds. He even laughed at the and said "wow, that was pretty good". Same thing, he wouldn't let me just hit the breathalyzer. Still makes me rage a little thinking about it.
Those tests seem so purposefully designed so people can’t succeed. I’d bet 90% of cops themselves couldn’t complete the backwards alphabet, following the flashlight, walking in a straight invisible line, or holding one leg up for 45 seconds. The breathalyzer should tell them all they need to know. If somebody refuses, or “beats it” but is still possibly heavily intoxicated, the blood test will tell them all they need to know. The physical / mind games seem like torture.
@@michaelccopelandsr7120 I know from personal experience and documented in northern Texas federal district court cops get homicidal when you want to record them.
tbh it doesnt show it, but he calls the cop mentally and physically unfit for his job and that he's on the slower part of the spectrum. Dude was awesome, but definitely threw some jabs in there LOL
The DUI one legitimately pissed me off. He was being super cooperative with the police and obviously aced his field sobriety tests in terms of physical performance. Those cops forced him to dick around in the cold and rain for almost an hour before putting him in handcuffs. Those guys give cops a bad name.
I hope he got a claim out of this. Imagine. He’s the star quarterback. And he gets Pneumonia., etc. proper police Aggression. If he was a Afro American ? Who knows. We could be talking falsely putting a gun on him ( I read about police that carried illegal crime used weapons to plant on people they SHOT. Without any provable crimes ). American should get rid of its guns. Never gona happen. Which is crazy.
Seeing how calm the second guy was, it actually amazes me. I don't think anybody could have stayed that calm, and he went with everything, while still stating what is true. Good man, he deserves more justice.
Dirty Cops when they're falsely acusing an innocent person who is having a massive adrenalin response and any normal human being would be at least a little shaken : WHY'RE YOU SHAKING FOR?!? THAT'S SUSPICIOUS!!!
Let’s not forget that before camera phones were in everyone’s hands, you were automatically guilty when you got to court… because it was your word against the officer (and 99% of the time the judge felt the officer was way more credible than you).
Galanakis is a legit legend for the way that he not only handled himself, but he way that he humiliated the dirty cop that took him in for nothing. This young man deserves a huge settlement for the crimes committed against him. The dirty cop knowingly arrested an innocent young man and didn't care that his corrupt actions could have possibly negatively impacted this young man's college academic and football careers. That takes a special kind of evil, corrupt piece of trash cop.
Yo I can't believe he acted so calmly. I would have been frustrated I'm in the rain doing a test for drinking and I havent, the test is negative and i'm under arrest for weed I didn't smoke? because i'm talking slowly, to YOU?? Jeeez, and this was a white kid getting this bum rap
the cop just didn't want to admit that he's wrong and pushed it as much as his "power" allows him with the support of some evil overlord his buddy who allowed this to happen. It's pretty crazy.
The second incident is absolutely infuriating. The third instance with the cop turning his body cam off & the illegal detainment, is and was absolutely illegal. that teen damn well knew it.
The 2nd incident was harassment through and through. Dude playing a 30 minute game of simon says in the dead of night with no witnesses nearby. I'd be shitting myself. Cops looking for any reason to escalate.
That last kid was hilarious. He *knew* that these guys were going to get nailed for treating him like that and he was anticipating that with the same glee as a kid waiting for a pre-order.
Second guy is what made me upset the most. Bro was being the most polite and all and the cop was still harassing him with stupid "sobriety tests". He was just taking pleasure in his authority/dominance at this point, what a psycho
Oh yeah, pleasure in giving unlawful orders is the word. He should be fired for doing this to ordinary people and screwing with their lives. This is one of the worst types of arrest as the person is clearly not committing any crimes and the officer is lying. Any pensions should be stripped for X time in reparation fees to the victim.

It wasn't until I dealt with a wanna-be-Cop, Corrupt lady 'Traffic Enforcement' Officer who lied because she felt threatened by me because I wasn't 'subservient' to her rude and disrespectful ATTITUDE. As God is my witness, I NEVER never used profanity or said anything disrespectful to upset or trigger her as that is not in my character. I lost MUCH RESPECT for Police in general after that incident when I had two Cops knock on my door only to surprisingly tell me , 'She said you put your hands on her'..!! I was floored, blown away, shocked for lack of a better adjective..!!!!!!!! If only I had a 'Video Camera' in front of my house, I would have sued the City. The ONLY good thing that transpired was she was required to wear a 'Body Camera' after that incident. And like the Cops in this video, this is why MANY Citizens do NOT like or TRUST Cops.!!! As a defense attorney, this is GLORIOUS. 💪🏼 I love seeing corrupt cops get what they deserve. People have no clue how pervasive this crap is. BRAVO to all of these kids!!!
It's up to the society to change this. When I was a child, grown up in Germany, it was funny when "Beverly Hills cop" came to us in TV. Now I know this is reality. In DE the potential police officer's have to take a 3 years training, I would say they're studied. They exactly knows the law.
It is awesome. I once was charged for 5 charges with zero evidence. They eventually dropped the charges as they had no evidence but for three years they treated me as if I was guilty AND they raided the house of a kind person that wondered why I didn't show up for work and visited my house to see if I was alive. Off the bat I saw officers lying about evidence to their supervisor. Luckily I am clairvoyant as I could feel the energy that my Lawyer was conspiring with the prosecution and so I got my own third party report instead of the lawyer prepared report. Because my report was the newest, the magistrate used mine and my report kept me from the prison system. My lawyers claimed that I was brilliant in getting that report however from my perspective, I felt like they were sometimes no different to the cops and if it wasn't for my belief in being able to the energy of other people - then even my lawyers would have been incompetent if not corrupt. I once had a lawyer tell me to admit guilt to a crime I never committed, so as to make the process smoother LOL.
Only in murrca. In normal countries the cops know the law. In Norway it takes 3 years of school to become a police officer, in the US it can be as much as 3 months of training, some states much less.. Quantity over quality. The US has MANY cops where few are of quality, Norway has fewer cops but more are of quality.
Yeah, that's not true at all, the police understood this kid was correct they chose to keep the kid there because he was a worthless cnt of a human, I am so shocked this has to be explained, how are all you people that stupid? Of course, they know these particular laws, and of course, they do not know every law, if you believe that every cop should know every law there is something wrong with your brain. Top of my head, those are all the distinct, specific things I can recall atm. All 100% true and most of the time with witnesses. The cops understand the law perfectly fine. They just choose not to obey it. Or to enforce it unilaterally. Because they are so used to citizens not knowing their rights, and unquestioningly yielding to their authority and their unconstitutional demands. They take everything personally. It’s all just a job, or a game, or a d*ck measuring contest to them. They either forget (or choose to not care) that our lives and freedoms are at stake in every single police interaction we have. We’re just supposed to not protect ourselves and trust that they are “one of the good ones” that won’t abuse their authority and infringe on our constitutional rights. Right. Still waiting to meet one of these “good ones” I hear so much about. I’m sure there are a few out there, but I know it’s far less than they’d like us to believe. It would be impossible to prove any of this in a legal setting without a recording, which is the most horrifying part imo.
I wonder why has USA become such a police state?
Cops that break the law to inflict harm on citizens need to be removed from the universe.

Off the bat I saw officers lying about evidence to their supervisor. Luckily I am clairvoyant as I could feel the energy that my Lawyer was conspiring with the prosecution and so I got my own third party report instead of the lawyer prepared report. @@k.c.8546 Cops have to enforce the law, but for some reason there are countless cases and rules (aka exceptions). To the point where cops are legally always fearing for their safety, and whenever that is happening the cop can use whatever force is necessary to keep themselves safe.
Or in this case not saving someone from being stabbed to death by a maniac. Honestly it would be brave to stop the maniac, but the supreme court ruling basically just makes it so cops legally don't need to help people.
So cops just stop people from breaking the law, by writing tickets and arresting people to fill the prisons so they can make money off the prison system. And the courts just make more laws for people to break. Who isn't a criminal at this point....

First lying saying it's illegal to flip him off, then when they realize he's not that ignorant, they say public nuisance, when that doesn't work either, then they were simply trying to help him. You could literally see them processing it, while the TEENAGER watched it in real time, and laughed at them. That was extremely embarrassing for them.
That teen was brutal. I loved every second of it.

Iowans are kind and amicable folks, but there are very racist ones as well. I know cause I grew up there. Not ashamed being called an Iowan at all, but the cops there are deplorable.
I got pulled over 5 times in Iowa driving from Ohio to Colorado.
1st time a cop brake checked me and 10 seconds later a cop pulled me over for “driving to close”.
2nd and 3rd time, for driving the the left lane.
4th time, pulled over out of suspicion for driving alone

What happened to the teen with the denial of a breathalyzer happened to me as well, though I wasn't even driving. Cops in San Jose, California did this to me while walking and when I repeatedly requested a breathalyzer they said they don't have to give me one because I wasn't driving, then arrested me for public intoxication and I had to spend the night in jail completely sober. I had to go to court for it twice and during the second hearing the prosecutor comes up to me, asks me to tell my story to him, then says to the judge "Judge, I'm requesting to have all charges in this case dismissed."
That's horrifying, I'm so sorry. PLEASE SUE THEM!!
Dude, it's 2023. If this is based on lawful grounds, this medieval law needs to change.
What the actual fuck.
There's a reason breathalyzers are used, they are a reliable and valid way of measuring if someone drank. Just the personal opinion of a PO should count very little.
Did you request for a drug screen? bc they are suppose to draw your blood at the station if they don't breathalyze you and/or if it comes back with zeros. If there is no proof of DWI the charges will be dropped.
@@in_the_pinesdon't give your blood without any warrant because if you do they will store your DNA data in the criminal check list if anything bad happens around your place you will be treated as first suspect and you don't even know how harsh they gonna treat that time.

The problem is that he spent a night in jail for nothing - could have lost his job, his apartment/house, etc, etc. People need to realize , especially in this economy, all it takes for many of us is to spend one night in jail, and we could potentially lose everything - guilty or not. I'm all for getting criminals off the street - but when cops overstep and arrest people out of anger, or just an ego trip - there should be heavy penalties - but unfortunately there isn't even a slap on the wrist.
I don’t understand why it’s so hard for these police officers to simply do their jobs and be fair to anyone and everyone.
Theres a certain kind of person that wants to be a cop in the first place.
Its control over others which if goes unchecked becomes corrupt (not all PoPo's of course)
Power hunger, corruption, mistaken suspect identities, and even though quotas aren’t supposedly a thing, some police departments are suspected to have unspoken quota like directives.
When you understand what kind of person wants to be a cop, you will understand their behavior. Usually, sad men who have no power in their personal lives wanna feel special and have the ultimate power over others. These were examples of those kind of men
Teenage acting all attitude and using slurs, sure.
police officers make money by arresting people and writing tickets. They have quotas that they must meet each month. In other words, they must write a certain amount of tickets each month.

@@christoforbarrett1151actually, there are quite a few who think they're going to be a Law Enforcement Officer, and since most people do not know or learn these things, they're going to get away with most things. So because of that LEO not knowing all they should know, they get schooled by those who took the time to learn their rights.
We need schools that will teach us all that Police Officers know. If someone finds a way to start these up, like online courses, this would be great. I would sign up, if it was affordable. It would be nice to have enough people knowing these things that LEO's are held accountable.

I had let him into the club for free bc he was friends w the Mgr. I took it to court & told the judge that I knew him from the club and I knew he was following me, which is why I didn't go over the speed limit.
