Wow, this song is a truly amazing never get tired of listening to this Classic!!! It's a Shame that she had to leave us so early, until we catch up with you beautiful, respectfully your fan .Art R. Sanfernando valley Ca..
Great Disco song that will never die. The clubs use to Rock when this song was played! R.I.P. Sandee you were to young and full of lots of energy and life!
Wow.. Met her in a small club in the Bronx, she was with Expose met again at the Copa next thing you know new line up for Expose.. She was beautiful not stuck up and approachable.. RIP
Sandeé, what a pity that was not given more exposure as a solo artist since an original member of the Exposé group. She could have been more successful as an artist, with a different voice and great style of dancing, awesome body, and great stage presence. Sandeé an artist that when is compared with other 80's Freestyle music singers had a unique vocal style and a magical touch, that not all artists have when interpreting their songs!
@@juanredman9882 read her bio and it was the club days . Bitch was hot and liked to party she was only 46 when they found her dead in her Florida apt. Said cause of death was a massive seizure. I’m sure it was predicated by an 8 ball.
Best freestyle. Sandee was a class act...and friggin damn hot also. Look at her move...so friggin sexy. This was and still is the best dance music. Such a shame she passed and she WAS Expose....those other three couldn't shine her shoes.
This was literally! In a few months time after the break up of the original Xposed/expose. The producers did them wrong. If only things had went down differently. They would have remained together.
I know deep down inside I have a lot of all freestyle music fans .from Broadway 96..bonds international. Fun house 🏠 .. listening to all of this FSM.. Sande. Lydia Lee love. Safire. Judy Torres. Lizzette Melendez. N more..all of this 80 🎶 🎵 I still play them in. My car 🚗 house 🏠
@Millie Cruz watched a mini documentary about the original Exposé lineup and pointed out how their management would grossly under pay them and tried having them sign less than appealing contracts. Hence all decided to launch solo careers. Truly a shame because the original trio were extremely talented.
they already recorded the whole album, then they got signed with arista record. clive davis was the head of arista didn't think that they have star quality (aka commercial potential), so the producers were forced to replace them. that wasn't the producers decision. that was the head of the record label decision.
I bet that's why all 3 original women for Expose' were let go. Based on watching this, Sandee' could move and her voice was powerful, so the other 2 most likely were on par. The producers probably knew at some point they would take a better offer and decided to fire them and look for another lineup
Laurie Miller says that Sandee was already ready to leave based on some tension going on with her and the producers, Ale didn't like being live and preferred to be in the studio and Laurie saw the writing on the wall with the shady dealings with the producers and she got out. She said that even though her voice was on the records, because she didn't have a contract with the studio, she ended missing out on any royalties from the songs that she was in. Conclusion: the producers were the villains in this story. They got greedy and treated the girls like crap!
The original lineup was much more electric and captivating. They were more true to the Miami Freestyle sound and I actually loved their voices. The second lineup is talented, but not nearly as exciting.
SAL ABATELO...owner of fever records..and the bronx historical club the fever..Sal was responsible for the fat boys..unfortunately Sal doesn't get the recognition he deserves..that club fever was responsible for hip-hop to nurture when it was in its early stages..
This is an excellent Freestyle song as opposed to bad sounding Freestyle music. The bad ones have vocals that are out of tune and just bad singing in general.
Great song! So happy I rediscovered. Man, she can move! So sad we lost her at 45.
God Rest my friend Sandee soul Amen but her music lives on
Since I have found this I can’t stop listening to it. 30 years later and I still can’t stay still when I heart it. Amazing.

Her best song.
One of the founding members of the orginal lineup of the girl group Expose. It was dirty what the producers did to those girls.
What happened
@@milliecruz7181 the producers wanted to appeal to a broader audience.
