The crown button on that radio-control watch must serve the function of manually setting/adjusting the hour and minute hands, otherwise it would just be there for aesthetic purposes which would be ridiculous. I've never seen or read about a radio-control watch that has a non-functional crown button placed on the watch by the watch manufacturer for aesthetic purposes only.
