I wiped my phone now cannot access my snap without the number I had an account a year back so I login into it on the email I use for the previous one it's the same email for the one I logged into now I want to log back into that one I can't access it cause when I click forgot password when I type in my username it's asking for number on email I click email cause I don't have access to the sim anymore so I have to use email on when I put in my email the password change only goes for the account back then that sucks and I can't get back the sim cause I have no idea who purchased it....

Honestly some of y’all can call the number and explain to them you need that code to get in your Snapchat…

They didn’t send me any emails
I clicked on via email but am still showing the code being sent to my old phone
my issue is i know my email and password and when it accepts it, it says it sent a authentication code on the authenticator but i got a new phone due to loaing my old one. ive sent snapchat emails to get into it but sadly they said they cant do anything i lost so many memories, pictures and vids of friends who have passed away

If you put in your current number that is not with your snapchat it will just make a whole new Snapchat with your number that's not beneficial.
