As a Fresher, no one is going to ask you about your preferences but yes you should about all divisions of QA.
For Long term growth IPQA is best because they got more exposure to the processes and things.
Validation and Qualification and quite a responsible job and they got preferences in the project kind of work where the new facilities are going to start.
General documentation and tracking is good but not much appealing in terms of work and growth. Technical Jobs get more salary than general work.
