I'm happy that Bo Katan finally received the Dark Sabre, which I knew belonged to her since she defeated that crab thing. But I was surprised the writing for this series could get worse than episode 3. Ever since the stupid colorful vespas on TBoBF - and the use of the massacre of the Tusken tribe as a simple narrative tool for a motivation that was unnecessary - I've realized that Jon Favreau should never be left alone with a SWU script ever again. He needs guidance. Disney would do well to fire Kennedy and put Filoni in charge of everything - and MOST DEF in charge of the writing of TM. Favreau has turned into a hack. He's not enough of a SWU nerd and he's like an old Dad trying to be cool with his dialogue. He's not creative in the vein of mythology - he's completely strayed from the Western genre and forget about the Samurai feel from before. Now Favreau has gone completely DISNEYFIED. And he's ruining another epic SWU franchise. His dialogue repeats, has too many colloquialisms, and gets cringe-inducing quite often now. He needs someone (or a whole room-full) of SWU nerdy experts who know the universe well - who can tell him "no, that would never happen" or "No scooters". He also needs a good editor. I just can't with the Jack Black stupidity. I will never re-watch this episode because it makes my skin crawl. The only saving grace was the end - but even that is marred by irrational actions - If Din knew it was Bo's dark sabre (and even I knew that and mentioned it after the episode) why did he wait until she duked it out with Axe to give it to her? Why not immediately? What was his motivation for keeping it? It's the same stupidity that gave us 35 minutes of Dr. Strangelove and the most obvious Imp spy ever, the same stupidity that gave us no indication of what happened to make Grogu choose the Mandalorian life over the Jedi and threw it in a finale of another character's series. I'm sorry to be so picky - but I've had enough of this from Favreau and Kennedy. And if Favreau is being told what to do by Kennedy - then she needs to go. But ultimately it says written by Jon Favreau - and if that's the case - he needs MAJOR help or this series, which saved people's hearts during the darkness of the pandemic with the season 2 finale, will go the way of TBoBF. Thrown angrily in the garbage and us pissed off that we were duped into paying for it.

Sabine did give Bo-katan the Darksaber at one point before the Great Purge, right? So, there is precedent.

It was very disappointing that Bo got the darksaber from din without fighting him. The saber must have won by combat. Din explains that a droid defeated him. That Was an ambush not a real fight. It still belongs to Din. But they were a good Team. Bo(good cop) Din (Bad Cop). It was nice to see Bo's high respect for Din Djarin and vice versa. I think they will be a good family. Queen(Mom), Worker(din), grogu(son) what are your thoughts?

Didn't I just see your comment on another reaction video to this episode?
