I love how they went so far and beyond for black 2. It is still the only pokemon game with customized music for each gym. The story was massive, the post game was phenomenal, there hasnt been a pokemon game with this much love, care and effort from the developers at gamefreak since this
in spite of all the love that went into it, bw2 are the worst selling pokemon games in the franchise's history

the community went "ew garbage pokemon and ice cream pokemon lazy designs" I don't take their opinions too seriously.
5G was great tbh. There were some nice pokemons.
Everyone talks about Driftveil City's theme which is all well and good, but they really do sleep on this hit.
Makes me think of the economy, and how Driftveil grew from this place of importing important things into a tourist hotspot with many hotels.

Best city out of all Pokémon generations
mostown Deiftveil has everything to make itself the best town of the series.
-The town itself is cool
-The gym remix it got in BW2 is by far the best
-Clay is the coolest looking leader (Although Alistair in Pokemon Shield will probably dethrone him in my personal top leader list)
-It got the fucking PWT in the sequels.
Even if Alistair dethrone Clay as my favourite gym leader. Overall, Driftveil will be very hard to sethrone as far as town themselves are involved

Ive had to reshare this thanks to nintendo copyright but this music, best gym memory ever!
I got white 2 christmas 2012 and played it all day long even after the snow started falling, but it kept falling, so much so the power went out.
The power stayed out for 5 days straight and i remember getting to this gym and realizing the battery was almost dead. Then heading into town on icy roads like a refugee to the town and having to unplug a little caesars minifridge just to get a charging port for the DS and not telling anyone.
Man I miss childhood...

Gino Chávez Pinto I liked Castelia City gym’s theme too. In fact, I don’t remember a single of the remix to be bad. Humilau was underwhelming at worst, but still not bad.

It should have sounded Western because Clay is literally a cowboy.
Clay may look like a cowboy, but he’s more of Mining Tycoon/Operator type, so this theme fits very well.

Understandable, Samurott was my starter so this gym was a breeze, Bug Gym was horrifying along with Electric due to Grass Bugs and Voltswitch
