Why don’t they just bring all the costumes back and allow the players to decide if they want to pay for them? The klassic costumes are just way better looking than the content we’re getting.

There is no Noob Saibot in umk3. Its umk3plus and its not cybernetic.
There is a Noob in UMK3, he has a ninja outfit just like Sub-Zero and Scorpion etc.
UMK3 Plus is a MUGEN platform.
