- Sadly I wasn’t able to explore this entire place but still made for a very good video. I hope you guys enjoy it just as much as I did filming it and remember trespassing is illegal and their is always a chance you could get shot on someone’s property so leave it to me and stay safe out there.
Place was so awesome. Pissed we didn't see it all but the experience of running into this guy was priceless. Great video
I for sure thought this was clickbait, it's fresh to see something real on TH-cam for a change.
I used to get ticked with someone freaking out over someone walking through a woods or abandoned property, but you have to see it from their side. They must deal with so many people causing damage and such. You might not have those intentions, but they don't know it. I'm glad for you that he didn't pursue a charge.
This place is cool. What beautiful property. I can’t imagine how the dwellings got into such horrific shape. You always have such great content and are so respectful of these places. Nothing but respect for you. 👍👍☮️

This looks like so many beautiful places in the Catskills upstate New York I’ve visited as a kid. Such a shame to see it in this condition it must’ve been thriving and beautiful at one time. I’m very glad you guys are safe. I’m so glad you are always watching your step literally so you don’t fall into a hole. I've seen several explorers get caught by this guy, he's normally cool if you just agree to leave. And if you're really nice to him, he'll give you some details about why he's there and what it's like to have to live there on his own, I believe. The place is so cool though!
Just discovered your channel today, even tho I've been watching DEF for a while. Your vids are great, production value is super nice and really goes with your channel name! A good urbex video lives and dies with your choice of soundtrack and from what I've seen so far, you've made good choices! Narration is important as well, too much is annoying but having nothing leaves it descriptively void, we need details of what the places feel like to actually be there.
To be honest, Dan Bell should just do classes on how to create top quality urbex vids, he creates the best urbex vids and docos in my opinion. Controversially I think Josh is one of the worst even tho he has some of the best locations, his research often sucks and his constant need to talk ruins that 'quiet riot' vibe of a good urbex vid . Anyways, im sure hes a great guy, i just dont understand his popularity. I'm gonna go binge urbex videos now...

Lastly when it comes to trespassing you got to be asked to leave before it becomes trespassing and you can use the statement I didn't see the signs.
