The well comment reminds me of the time when I felt like I was stuck in a hole that I felt I couldn't get out of. I heard a message thru Joyce Meyer where she talked about a donkey stuck in a hole and the farmer didn't know how to get it out. So he was going to bury it. Started filling the hole in with dirt. The donkey shook it off and stomped it down. By the end he had filled in the hole and walked out. Sometimes when you love yourself people call you selfish. So imbrace the Jackass mentality and shake it off stomp it down and walk out of your hole. Learn how to fill in the hole instead of climbing out. That way when you slip you don't have so far to fall and get back up. And it fills it up so you don't walk back into it in the dark. Greatest God Love to all, love yourself the way God loves you. You deserve it.
I loved how u were taking about “lightening our load” and needing to release past traumas, etc. and I swear it sounded Iike an ice cream truck was going by in the background! Made me feel going all the way back - deep - even back to childhood to start teasing out all those traumas starting there and working forward-but also “release” and have some fun-don’t forget to have some fun cuz the work is deep and hard and we all deserve a break (or an ice cream-treat urself along the way)! ❤❤❤
