What I need to know is does ignore stun give me a chance to not be stunned, or ignore a percentage of the enemy stun. Example they have 14 stun I have 6 ignore stun, is there stun% now 8
I would assume, that it increases your chance to avoid being stun
That means they have a 14% chance to stun, and if their stun happens to kick in then you have a 6% chance to ignore it.
If you have 0% chanve to ignore stun that means when their 14% kicks in there's 100% chance that you'll be stunned, but since you have 6% ignore stun then it's 94%.
So no, your 6% doesn't take their 14% down to 8%, if anything it takes their 14% down to 13.2% or somewhere around there.
