All homes in Summerlin will be in the Summerlin master Planned HOA. In addition, if you are in a sub-community, there is usually another HOA fee. There are neighborhoods outside of Summerlin that may work for you. Send me an email to [e-mail] and happy to share that info!

I have watched several videos on different areas in the greater SW, they love to tote an area over and over again, even with a suggestion, they will never include a map. An area is key to a good decesion, I prefer the west side of Las Vegas, closer to the mountain and further from the strip.

Do these areas have a special tax assessment? In some parts of Ca. it is .8% it is called Mello Roos.

Yes, we have SIDs & LIDs and I've seen them range from $7,500 to $12K in this area. Ask me if I recommend paying it off all at once or paying biannually and why ⚡
